We went into your store at J9 as we knew exactly what we wanted but had a couple of questions however we were ignored so went to your Cannock store and saw Sian. What a difference she was super friendly and really knowledgeable, answered our questions over a coffee and popped the order through. This is the 2nd time we’ve used DFS Cannock and always had great service.

Were left alone to browse but knew staff were on hand

This was our first time buying a sofa, and Ian at DFS Cannock made the whole experience easy and stress free. He took the time to talk us through all our options, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. Ian was friendly and knowledgeable, and incredibly patient.

Had a great experience at DFS Cannock thanks to Ian. We were looking at buying a new sofa and Ian was really helpful from start to finish. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to go through the different options with us without any pressure to buy.
He answered all our questions, gave us some useful advice, and made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. It’s not often you get such genuine customer service these days, so it really stood out.

Excellent customer service

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and no hard sell. Allowed to browse freely but attentive when help was required.

The experience has been good from start to finish. No pressure selling, giving plenty of time for us to make our minds up.
Delivery was smooth with the tracking system. My only criticism is that you cannot sit watching your phone at the tracker all day and we did not receive the phone call 30 minutes before delivery so we weren't 100% prepared when they arrived. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Super lady v professional but above all kind

Today we visited our Cannock DFS store, picked out our suite we liked and was helped by a really pleasant member of staff called Julie. So pleasant and extremely professional thank you.
