I would like to say a big thank you to Laila at the DFS Brentford store. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and very professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured.

Her excellent customer service, knowledge, and friendly attitude gave us the confidence to choose and buy our bed. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Laila is a real credit to the DFS Brentford team. Thank you again for all your help—I would highly recommend anyone visiting the store to ask for her.

Fantastic range of sofas on display, from the minute I walked in a couple of weeks ago, I was approached by Sweeda who gave me, a first time sofa buyer, lots of valuable information, offered me a drink, under no pressure. Last weekend I went with my husband and bought the sofa. We had more valuable assistance re delivery/dimension details from Johan and a young lady who took our details etc (apologies, I can't remember her name). Overall fantastic service and have to say, these 3 people know their stuff. Highly recommend 👌

We had a very pleasant experience at the DFS Brentford thanks to lovely Sweeda and ended up ordering a sofa. Sweeda was amazing patiently guiding us around and answering in great detail every single question we had.
