Very happy with the customer service
I'd recommend DFS because of its excellent customer service and variety of products! We went to the DFS store in Brent Cross to buy a reclining chair, and a member of staff, Sophie, helped us a lot by explaining the entire process for placing the order, maintenance, guarantee, payment options, and delivery. Sophie was very attentive to our queries, patient and professional with us as we decided on the purchase. Buying this item is a significant investment for my family, and we appreciate that Sophie's customer service was on point, making the whole process more enjoyable and easy!

First time buyer from DFS and I must say what an excellent customer service I received from this lovely lady. The customer service advisor was extremely friendly and helpful above all she had great knowledge of the sofa I was purchasing and was willing to answer all questions and queries I had before making the purchase.
