Bought a leather sofa 13 years ago from DFS shop, spent over two thousands pounds at that time. The leather was really in very bad quality. About five years ago, the sofa surface became torn and colour losing alot and worn out.

the staff was really helpful, so kind, well experienced and supported us a lot with our purchase.

We were looked after by Ayman who was very professional and knowledgeable.He advised us the ranges of sofas best suited for our needs.
He was very helpful and talked us through the right choice of our sofa set.
He also bought his manager over to help us double-check our sofa choice and fully understand the sales agreement process.

I had a really lovely experience when ordering my sofa, thanks to Jade. She was extremely helpful, friendly and patient throughout. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable, offering helpful advice and guidance. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how understanding and attentive she was. Her excellent customer service made the whole experience so much easier and enjoyable. We had an absolutely fantastic experience at DFS, thanks in particular to Jade and her female colleague, whose name we unfortunately didn’t manage to get.

From the moment we were being assisted, both were incredibly helpful, patient and professional. We had some quite challenging measurements to work around when configuring a sofa to fit our room, but rather than making things difficult, they took the time to understand our requirements, explore the available options and work with the measurements we had. Their willingness to help us find a solution that suited our space made the entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable.

Jade deserves a special mention for her excellent customer service, knowledge and approachable manner. She genuinely took the time to help us get everything right, and we never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Her colleague was equally helpful, and together they made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable.

It is refreshing to receive this level of customer service, where staff genuinely care about helping customers find the right product for their needs rather than simply making a sale.

We left feeling very happy with our experience and would definitely return to DFS in the future. I would particularly recommend asking for Jade if you are looking for a sofa, especially if you have specific room dimensions or tricky measurements to work around. She was brilliant, and both ladies are a real credit to DFS.
