Great Service, great staff

I was greeted promptly by Simona, who was very helpful. I had more or less made up my mind which sofa I wanted (Somerford) but, as usual, there is always another fantastic choice and Simona was helpful and patient while I finally made up my mind to stick with my first choice. She took me through the options and care plan and was very thorough and did not pressure or rush me in any way. A credit to the team.

Friendly, knowledgeable member of staff

We were approached early on our arrival into the shop but not too early. The introduction by Helen was that she was here to help if we needed, not too pushy but very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. We had not intended to purchase but the good offers and lovely support resulted in us purchasing 3 sofa's and a foot stool.

Ordered a new sofa and coffee table and…

Ordered a new sofa and coffee table and the table came within 2 weeks damaged. They are still to collect this and replace. On top of that our new sofa was to be delivered this Monday just gone and the delivery guy said to me the sofa is not in his van and thought it had been left in Glasgow. I am based up in Aberdeenshire. I am heavily pregnant with a toddler and I had organised my sofa to be removed from

This new sofa. I now have no sofa and DFS said they are very sorry and that it was damaged in transit. I still don’t know what’s happening or when we will get this sofa as I cannot wait another 8 weeks when due a baby in 4 weeks.

Now have to travel back into the store…

Now have to travel back into the store tomorrow to find out if I can have a refund for a sofa cleaning kit I didn't order that has been added onto my invoice. We went over the sofa order. No issues. I said no extras multiple times during the order.
