Avoid Stelo at all costs!
Bought the Stelo. As other commenters mentioned, there is no customer service representative to speak with, if you have any issues it's completely up to you and the chat bot. I even called Dexcom and got a human to speak with and they quickly told me they can't handle any issues with Stelo and hung up the phone.
My sensor crapped out after 6 days, well before the quoted 14 days. The bot had me fill out a sensor replacement form not once... not twice... but three times! And then... said it's not eligible for a replacement. Seriously? I will recommending everyone of my patients AGAINST Stelo. The worst "customer service" I have ever received.
