Worst customer service ever, bought a gear group about a year ago, it was not in stock, but they didn't bother to tell before I threatened to cancel the payment. Now I have a warranty issue with the same group , and have written them twice - Complete radio silence.
Don't bother to use this shop, there is a lot of other serious dealers out there.
After ordering, no confirmation tried to email, tried to call but no reply. Thankfully I paid with my credit card so I can open a dispute in a while.
Good lesson for the next time, better pay a couple of bucks more and order at a decent webstore.

Slight hickup in delivery due to an adress issue, ordered correctly, but on the first package the wrong country was mentioned "adress unknown" (visible on the box).
Some contact by the webshop pro-actively solved the issue, so almost perfect, and still on my watchlist for more online sales.
