Devol were fabulous throughout our kitchen renovation and beyond. They spent so much time with us, planning out the space and considering materials and fittings - we have no regrets at all. It’s some years on from when it was first installed (2019) and the quality and finish are still great. We have had one issue with the dummy drawer on the island but despite it being so long since our kitchen was installed they came out and repaired it - good as new now. I wouldn’t and don’t hesitate to recommend them.

Just installed the chrome kitchen faucet with Sprayer, looks great, however the sprayer leaks when water is shut off…trying to avoid taking the sprayer apart..disappointed based on price.

Annah and the entire team at Devol made the process of designing our kitchen in California a breeze. The communication was top notch and it’s amazing how a few zoom calls and digital drawings brought our dream Sebastián Cox kitchen to life. I can’t imagine a better way to set the tone in our cabin. Our contractor and subs were blown away and inspired by the craftsmanship and packaging of these cabinets. Everything arrived in perfect condition despite the long journey. Thank you Devol! How lucky to have a little touch of England in Tahoe.

‘For the Love of Kitchens’ DeVol made and fitted an absolutely stunning kitchen. The attention to detail by our project manager Edward was really impressive and our fitters Jose and Emil were true craftsmen. Thank you for creating such a beautiful room.

Despite our kitchen project and budget being small, compared to other work I’ve seen DeVol carry out, I was still treated with such care and attention. Lucy the designer understood immediately what the brief was and she ensured it didn’t go over budget. Helped us make the decisions on accessories which I needed. Steve visited the house to check the dimensions etc which ensured there were no surprises on the day and was a great support. Chelsea communicated regularly to ensure smooth fitting on the day. The fitters were a dream team and cleared up after! We are thrilled with the end result. Better than I’d have imagined. DeVol team were efficient and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Hardware is not the quality you expect!

I purchased a selection of handles, knobs and rails from DeVOL and was really disappointed with the quality of the products. A number of products broke during installation and DeVOLs advice was to use a slower screwdriver...

We had our first deVOL kitchen three years ago when we first moved to the Cotswolds. The whole experience was delightful, which is not normally a word you would use when renovating a home.

Since then, we have excitedly started a new project. Playing with a mixture of deVOL kitchens. We designed a Shaker kitchen in mushroom with a stunning black haberdashery copper topped island. We also added a complimentary pantry/bootroom in princelet pink and black granite worktop with ogree edging. That flows beautifully into our barn where we have added another kitchen / bar area with a lovely mixture of shaker and haberdashery cabinets and a showpiece brass sink again with black granite worktops.
We are over the moon with them. The design, installation, and project management has been spot on and helped ensure everything ran smoothly. We adore the
true craftsmanship and origin of materials that are impeccable. Another project is on the horizon and we will continue to fully recommend and use deVOL as we are so pleased with everything.

I have always loved DeVOL kitchens but thought price wise they were out of reach. Having already chosen a local bespoke kitchen company we stumbled across the TV series and immediately knew nothing else would do. From first contact we were impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and efficiency of all those we spoke to and received information in a very timely manner. Lucy our Designer, made us feel very comfortable and confident we’d made the right choice. She was extremely knowledgeable, listening to our requirements and offering solutions and advice. We were absolutely thrilled with the scheme presented to us. Abdul our PM, guided us through the process, keeping us informed of timescales and was always available to talk if we had any concerns or queries. We knew exactly what to expect and when. Finally, using deVOL to fit the kitchen was absolutely the best decision. The fitters were amazing. They were courteous, polite, professional and extremely efficient. They brought our dream kitchen to reality and were a joy to have in our home. We were both fully immersed in the deVOL experience and it exceeded all our expectations from start to finish. I don’t often praise myself but choosing deVOL was the best decision I’ve ever made…..just sorry it’s all over!! Thank you to everyone involved.

Clear pricing and measurements on website - no smoke and mirrors (which is all too commonplace when dealing with many other kitchen suppliers)
Excellent quality cupboards and hardware
Kitchen was fitted on time by experienced joiners who made the process stress free and collaborative.
We will be back!

From design to delivery at our doorstep in Belgium : one word : impeccable. Simple cabinets - beautifully made is an absolute UNDERSTATEMENT. They are gorgeous, unseen in my country. Great quality - incredible attention to detail. Wonderful colors.
A dream come true.

Sometimes when you read reviews, and they are exceptional, you naturally think they've been written by a friend of the firm. I have just read a couple of the deVOL reviews, they are extremely positive, and I agree with every word. Their product is. without doubt, excellent quality, but the ancillary stuff, the stuff we call customer service is outstanding and it makes the whole experience an absolute pleasure. Well done deVOL - great product, great business!

Hannah and the whole deVOL team were wonderful to work with and came up with designs that creatively and practically used our whole kitchen space. Her client service was superb and she worked with us to achieve the ultimate design we wanted even within our relatively modest budget. I would highly recommend deVOL.

We have just had our third deVOL kitchen installed and it’s perfection. Working with deVOL is an absolute pleasure and they truly go the extra mile to ensure full customer satisfaction.

We are so looking forward to enjoying our new kitchen and perhaps working again with them in the future.

We worked with deVOL from Sydney Australia to design our Real Shaker + Haberdasher’s kitchen in 2022, using Zoom consults and email to develop the plans. The experience was an absolute pleasure and very enjoyable - everyone we had contact with demonstrated professionalism and were easy to deal with. The quality of the kitchen is outstanding and just beautiful - even better than we had hoped! The kitchen and accessories were all packed incredibly well and with much care and thought to make unpacking smooth. There was a considerable surcharge added by deVOL to cover this additional crating and packing effort. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
My only slight disappointment is that after our plans were signed off in mid-2022, deVOL soon thereafter introduced a number of new standard cabinetry options to their Real Shaker range - I wish we'd been told these options were coming as our only alternative at that time to address a particular design challenge was more custom cabinetry (which we already had needed for a couple of sections and was super expensive, impacting our budget). Ultimately we included a cupboard from the Haberdasher’s range as a compromise. It was a 6-month lead time from when we signed off to when the order was ready for shipment to us. For overseas clients, I strongly recommend organising your own shipping - our independent freight forwarder was a third of the cost of deVOL's shipping quote. Install went very smoothly with our trades and was a perfect fit. Overall we love our deVOL kitchen and accessories, which bring us joy every day and every element is both functional and beautiful. Would jump at the chance to do it all over again!

We became aware of this extraordinary company only after we began our kitchen renovation with a local business. At this point, I was facing so many decisions and although I could feel what I was looking for in our space, I confess to feeling a bit overwhelmed and confused. The moment I found deVOL, my vision became completely clear. Honestly, it felt as if everything I could envision was placed in front of me. The beauty and thoughtfulness in the simplicity of their designs had me hooked. I am so thankful that I was able to incorporate several of their pieces into my space, including our brass faucet, and pot rail, several different styles of creamware lights, VERY comfortable bum stools and an incredibly gorgeous Curiosity Cabinet. All of these items are so beautifully handmade, and we will never tire of looking at them. Customer service went above and beyond to make me feel as if I were standing in their shop...not far away in another country. Delivery was a breeze, and the unsolicited order updates were much appreciated. I cannot recommend deVOL Kitchens enough. A truly phenomenal company and a pleasure to have shopped with.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Devol - their customer service was exceptional (with a special shout out to Jordan and John) and the finish was exceptional. Even when we had some issues along the way (including with our structural engineer having mis-measured the room!), everything was dealt with smoothly and efficiently - nothing ever felt like it was too much.

Exceptional communications and care with coordinating this purchase - and exchange. Taps are just beautiful and worth the wait - so looking forward to seeing them in our farmhouse kitchen! Had a Devol kitchen for a while now and whenever I go back for aftersales service it is always impecable. This time I had a leaky tap and Liberty sorted the issue out in minutes with a new seal kit. You get what you pay for as they say.
