I ordered an extractor grill and Thermo box from these guys three weeks ago and it was supposed to be 2 to 3 day pallet delivery service. It’s been three weeks and I still don’t have it. They are not responding to my email and they don’t answer the phone even during opening hours. Will probably have to do a charge back on my credit card now.

I bought an air force extractor - the service was slow and when arrived the motor was broken . The company said that it wasn’t faulty and I was not able to get a refund ! I then had to go through their painful process of rectifying the issue which went on for another month and they basically handed me over to repairs company who were equally hopeless
I eventually had my father fit the new motor due to this company not able to accept they send me a faulty product and then dragged me as a customer through a painful process of trying to get it sorted ! To be then told it won’t be in warranty !
I would not recommend this very basic distribution company - I choose a British company as thought this would ensure I was in good hands but in fact the opposite was the case

Our experience was great from start to finish. I spoke with Millie to discuss the Haier Washer Dryer. Her knowledge and advice was excellent. We ordered the machine at a very competitive price. It was delivered direct from Haier. The entire process was great and would highly recommend Devine to any prospective purchaser.

Possibly the WORST company I have ever ordered from!…I ordered a washer/dryer 11days ago. Delivery said 2-3days. After the initial confirmation,I heard nothing more from them with regards to a delay or anything. Called time and time again with no answer. Messaged them on every available platform-Not one response.Finally got through to someone last Saturday who said she would give me a call back with an update but again heard nothing back. Got through yesterday to be told there is a delay,she said she would follow up that afternoon with an update and yet not heard anything AGAIN! Tried calling again today… No answer!! Beyond frustrating! All the while still without a washing machine=continuous trips to the laundrette! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

I ordered a CDA cooker hood from their website but received an email the following day saying the hood was discontinued and was offered another. I googled the price of the substitute hood and told Devine Distribution the price. I was told they wouldn't match it. My order was cancelled and now I have to wait 10 days for my money to be refunded. The original hood was still be IMG advertised on the day they told me it was discontinued. They had my money by then...I would be careful of this company as they let you order and pay for items they cannot fulfill. I hope my money does actually come back to me.

Great looking extractor, easy to fit with all fittings supplied. We had a problem with a part damaged in damaged transit but this was resolved quickly and replacement part sent out next day.

Purchased faulty Haier oven from Devine distributions. After contacting company, engineer come after a week, confirmed that oven faulty and needs touch screen change. Waited for another 3 weeks, nothing hapened. Contacted Devine distribution again requesting refund. They refused refund. Jon been very arrogant and rude, if i would ask question he would disappear and i would need constantly chaising him up for response. No customer service from this person.
Finaly after more than 6 weeks i got replacement , got new working oven.
Advice, be very careful where you buying your appliances from. Otherwise you will fight for you money back.

I have sent my complaint to this company and posted my review for my nightmare experience.
They just agree to exchange another gas hob they are selling. They refused to do refund. Between I need to pay for gas engineer to unfit my existing faulty one a day refit the exchange one.
I have got the quote at £280 exclude vat to do this. It is definitely ridiculous for such arrangement on the faulty product they provided.
I keep sending them emails for refund. They will just ignoring them and provide non sensible management.
I have escalate my action to citizens advise, local trade association and bureau as well.
You probably will not be covered by Consumer Rights Act 2015 if you have bought any unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose and faulty goods from them. You could definitely not get the refund on them.

What amazing customer service, particularly from MIllie - she helped guide me through the process of buying my Airforce Aspira Slim Flex 90cm Induction and gave guidance on ducting required for external extraction. We needed assistance with installation and the team came out promptly and gave efficient, courteous service. Really happy with the hob and would happily use their service again - flawless
We’ve had excellent customer service from Millie, before we bought our venting hob and also after when we had a slight issue and needed advice.

We spent ages trying to find a wood cutlery tray that would fit our Wren Kitchen drawers (didn't get it from Wren because they didn't have wood ones). Had nearly given up, when we found a perfect one at Devine Distribution. It's beautiful and arrived quickly in good condition.
We bought an airforce induction hob with built in extractor. The extractor flap got broken during install. The replacement was easy to order, delivered quickly and was very well package to prevent disappointment. Couldn't ask for better.
I ordered the Airforce New Moon extractor fan in black which I received within 48 hours. It’s a beautiful pendant extractor and great value for money. We get a lot of comments about it. Devine Distribution were excellent with their after sales - due to an error at installation, the ceiling attachment cover became damaged. DD were extremely helpful, they diagnosed the issue and sent a replacement cover free of charge. Delighted with the service and would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
