Avoid renting from Developland (Investland, Live Let Limited)
We have been renting a property through Live Let Ltd, the rental entity which rents our properties developed by Investland (Developland).
We pay our rent to Developland.
They have constantly abused their position and breached the tenancy agreement. They allow workmen to enter without giving any notice or permission, leaving your property and valuables open to be taken at any time.
They recently covered our balconies completely in scaffolding without any warning whatsoever and when they eventually replied to our 10s of email said it would be like this for 9+ months with no compensation offered.
Appliances are constantly breaking with it taking 6+ months to receive any response and get any repairs actioned.
I cannot stress enough how much to avoid their properties. They take no notice of the tenancy agreement you sign with them and only got in touch with us once over 2 years for when we were less than £20 short of rent one month(!!).
