Worth the money
I did the Protein Cleanse. As a new mum who had to go back to work fairly quickly, these meals were a godsend. Definitely worth the investment, this is vital self-care as opposed to grabbing carb-heavy sandwiches & sugary snacks at any spare minute. Have had no time to go shopping or plan & cook healthy meals so this ticked all the boxes for me - deliveries are prompt and convenient. Only a few niggles - I know this is a protein plan, but quite a few of the dishes were chicken-based and cold chicken sat in the fridge can go a bit dry and chewy fairly easily. Also as others have said, it would be good to include a menu card with the meals each day so you actually know what you're eating. It's not super clear online, the menus seem to disappear on the day the food's delivered. But overall would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my 3 day detox
I really enjoyed my 3 day detox. It was great to have everything I needed all delivered in one box. The products are top quality and the plan is easy to follow. I felt a big difference in my energy and my stomach was much calmer almost instantly. I will definitely do this again and look forward to trying other plans by the Detox Kitchen.

Three day detox
Only done three days but I can safely say I haven't felt that hungry and the meals have been really tasty and very healthy - I follow the Zoe way of eating and I have consistently scored 90%+. Great thing to do once in a while. Not quite enough calories for my normal lifestyle but perfect for a post holiday detox.

Disappointing that my nutrition client didn’t receive her box on time ,
It was slightly damaged /leaked ,and I had to share my box with her so we could do it together . On that basis’ recommendation for my clients would be hesitant .

Used DK for 3 weeks - did the protein cleanse for 2 weeks and then the soup cleans. Delicious, fresh and high quality food. Yummy healthy desserts. Prompt customer service. Will definitely be a returning customer whenever I need a cleanse or to reset my diet.

Packaging broken, meals inedible
The one ice pack included did not keep food cool and so much of the meal packaging was broken in transport that I opened a box of spilt and mushy food. Was really looking forward to trying this plan out but have wasted money on inedible meals and will never order again.

The best gift to myself
The quality, presentation & flavour are AMAZING. Every meal feels like a treat to myself, with the added reassurance that it's doing good for my body. I was worried I would feel hungry, but the meals, snacks, teas and juices are so satiating. I have a busy & active lifestyle, so knowing I have delicious meals and snacks on hand whenever I need them is the ultimate luxury.

Food is tasty no choice to exclude ingredients
Food is tasty but there are a few ingredients/flavours that are used very regularly so it’s difficult if you don’t enjoy these specific things.

We signed up for the 3-day Reset and found the food to be both flavourful and filling. We enjoyed the detox so much we continued to do our own for a few more days. Would definitely recommend.

I thought I would love it… but it was awful
I really thought I would love the Detox Kitchen meal delivery service — I have eaten many, many times at their delis (now closed) and have one of their cookbooks. But I was really disappointed with this.
I honestly found the food difficult to eat — it didn’t feel fresh at all, it was often bland and overall just very unappealing (which I wasn’t expecting, as the food in the delis was usually pretty vibrant and tasty). It honestly reminded of plane/hospital food, and I struggled to finish any of the meals. The banana bread one morning was completely soggy, the pancake the next day was the texture of rubber. I would pick the food up from my doorstep at 7.30/8am in the morning and the food would already be warm (one ice pack is clearly bot enough).
There was also not enough clear labelling / guidance — what order should you have the meals and juices in, should any of the meals be heated up etc. I didn’t feel good on any of this food — quite the opposite.
Overall I thought it was really poor and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially not for the price. In terms of “detox” offerings I have found packages like the juice cleanses from Plenish to be much better.
When I contacted Detox Kitchen at the start of the second day, all they could do was cancel and refund me for the last two days, but I still had to pay for (and endure) the third day — not that I finished any of the food — and there were no concessions made for the sub-par food or insufficient packaging (ice packs) etc.

My box has not arrived, phone not ringing and website down. Just about to check if in liquidation, BEWARE
I have received an email from them, they have stated they are not associated with the liquidated company. I have asked for a refund so let's see what happens. Refund on the way. I have used them before but will have to rethink before using them again.

Almost no carbohydrate
Hi, so food is delicious; but I’m a GP and I was so surprised by the lack of carbohydrate. It essentially was like a 3 day keto diet. I had intense thirst and back ache by afternoon of day 2, and morning of day 3 my colleague told me to eat a pretzel and some yogurt. I did not feel at all well and lost a kilo in 24 hr. I would not have been able to cycke to work as normal. Concept is great but not sure is medically too good. Maybe few more questions about BMI etc before offering?

I can see that you were on the Vegan 3-day Reset, if you click on each dish on the menu online it will show that that there are a sufficient amount of carbs in each dish.
The 3-day resets do average around 1000 calories a day as they are designed to reset your gut. Speaking to our nutritionists, it may have been the lack of calories that were causing these symptoms. We would never want you to go hungry and we always recommend eating more if that's what your body is telling you to do!

Not quite to my taste
The company were lovely and very helpful.
I purchased the 3-day detox. Everything was very fresh and you would certainly not go hungry but unfortunately I did not enjoy the meals.
There are some lovely recipes available to cook yourself and I am trying some of these.
