Great Customer Service Bad Shipping

The worst part about this company is they use FedEx to ship - and I'm pretty sure they kicked the package from NY to my door at CA.

Ordered some car wash products and first package arrived with some empty bottles. Sent in a request on a Saturday night and Reece from DI responded Sunday morning and had a replacement out the same day.

Unfortunately package arrived like the first one with a leak and product stained box. I'm thankful though they made the effort to replace it.

Tried to talk to their customer support…

Tried to talk to their customer support about a order that was supposed to come 2 weeks ago, made me wait a total of 3 weeks and then refused to send me the given item or compensate me for my time, just sent a refund and refused to respond.

Quick Shipping!

My order was accurate and shipped the following day after I placed the order. They even went above and beyond to use tape to tape down the lids of the detergents that I ordered in order to prevent them from spilling. My items arrived neatly packed and NOT damaged!!

Don't Buy No returns

Don't buy.

You can't return no matter what.

There is really no such thing as returns SERIOUSLY.....not joking.....don't do it.

Obviously Defective Merchandise sent

I received the Rupes Rotary Ultra Fine White Foam Pad - 5.25" from DetailedImage.com on 9/22/2023.

Shipping time and communication were fine but the product wasn't. The pad had a big crease running down the center on one side and the polishing side had multiple big dents in the foam. The packaging was in a detailed image clear baggie and not the mfg packaging. I don't recall bulk packaging being called out in the product description.

There is no way this was a mistake as the flaws were so apparent.

Thank you for the review! I can assure you that all of the items we carry and not shipped open, used, or defective. We purchase all of the items we carry directly from the manufacturers we work with and these items are shipped exactly as they are received. In the past Rupes shipped pads in large clear bags and due to us selling pads individually, they are packaged in Detailed Image clear bags. These are quality bags and designed to keep packing material off the face of your pads.

With that said, Rupes recently updated the packaging for their pad lineup and all pads are now wrapped individually in sealed bags.

Even with the pads in their own bags, damages can happen in transit, especially if your order contains heavier items that can dent or damage the pad. No worries though, we always take care of our customers if damages happen in transit. If you have not contacted us yet (https://www.detailedimage.com/Contact/), please reach out so we can replace this pad for you asap.
