Asked to order a spare part, instead of just selling it to me, they pointed me to some merchant list on their website, half french, half english, but with no merchants listed in spain. When asked to just sell the spare part to me directly, I received no further response. As a result, I haven't been able to use my heat pump for 4 weeks no, with no end in sight.

Would not buy again from this company.

This certainly shows the power of Trustpilot in helping to resolve problems.
My local Concessionaire in Abruzzo visited me yesterday to follow up on my issues. We had a good meeting with likely following up in the spring when our pool is reopened. I also have the cell number of Davide who has asked me to call him directly with any issues.

Customer service at Desjoyaux Montauban is obviously the number one priority; our experience working with Christophe, Charlene and Jennifer was exceptional from the initial meeting through the design and build stages to handover. Everyone was so enthusiastic, positive and responsive, which made the process so easy throughout. The professionalism and quality of the workmanship of the installation team, Karim, Mohamed and Kader, was excellent and we are impressed and delighted with the result. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone considering a pool.

Très belle piscine

The pool liner did not last even 7 years, which was disappointing. The pool has been professionally maintained. The filter does not work if the pool is very green and you have to floc it. The filter bags last a minute before having to be washed. It seems not possible to send the water to waste. There is a complete failure to provide any technical details and I am rather sure that there is a seal missing from the bottom of the tube where the filter bag goes. The system works well, as long as you do not leave a second home for two months over winter. Given the cost of replacement liners, I think a concrete pool would be cheaper over time. When we get our next liner we will have paid as much as the pool cost in the first place! That is three liners = cost of the pool initially.

They lie all the time and blame clients
We had written a review previously and in their response, they claimed that everything is our fault and that we agreed this. However, we never agreed any of this. Do not use this company EVER. They lie about everything and blame the customer always.

Our liner has wrinkled after 1 year and has still not been dealt with 2 years later. If this is not replaced under warranty, we will take legal action.

We didn’t agree that it’s our fault so do not say that. They (Guildford, UK store) said we agreed it is our fault. WE NEVER SAID THIS.

We believe we should get a new liner.

I visited the shop desjoyaux in Poitiers because the finishing joint has again come away. Their technician had sorted it out last year when he was replacing the bathroom grade silicone they had used previously.
We were given a piece of wood to bang the joint back into place.
This is not acceptable.
Now they are saying the joint does not come under the ten year guarantee, it has a two year guarantee, but even though it was coming away within the two year guarantee and now it’s the third year they don’t want to know. I have asked them to show me where it says the joint is only guaranteed for two years but of course I am still waiting.
To leave their shop with a piece of wood to repair a fairly new pool is beyond a joke.
This a fault of their manufacture .

My friend has installed a pool 4 years ago and the pump impeller has become brittle and broken,so I requested the Coimbatore dealer to supply the impeller by sending the pump pictures,initially he quoted Rs.900 for the impeller and promised to supply later they refused to supply and told that thy will supply only to the buyer and not to any others.and told me to tell my friend to contact them.it is ridiculious,if we purchase the filter from them we have to be a slave of them.When my friend contacted them,they dictated that it should be brought to them only and nobody else should service it.For a new 0.6 hp single phase pump they quoted Rs.1,20,000........whereas the full Pipeless filter set of other company is available @ Rs.65,000

Desjoyaux Pools is best in every aspect be it service, be it filter, its really good to see your pool so clean and pleasing every morning just keeping the filter on for 8 hours a day and no headache of changing the water again and again. Don’t buy this rubbish. Pool pump died after 5 years so ordered a new one from New Caledonia who charged $2700AUD. When installed it was leaking and now both the dealer and head office in France have not responded to my emails for warranty claim. Waste of money with no support. Time for legal action to ensure they stand by warranty and stop all imports to Australia until they do.

DesJoyaux service
In 2017 I wrote a completely honest review of my experience with DesJouyaux Pools India. Recently they contacted me asking me to remove my review as it is causing them to lose business, and that from now on they would be giving me good service.
I replied that I would be giving good reviews in the future after each interaction with them, but that I would not remove my old review as I still think it was an honest one.
Now I find that they have withdrawn my service, and the manager Jayant Patel told me a few minutes ago that the reason is because of my review of 2017.
I can’t believe that the man actually admitted to blackmailing me without the least hesitation - if this is the philosophy behind this company, God help anyone who goes willingly into purchasing their swimming pools.
