I ordered insta 360 accessories. One generic invisible stick and 3 genuine products for my insta 360 one x2 , cap guard , lens gaurd and extra battery.
They deliver within 2 days

Not realy the best experience.
Ordered only two products and one came quick, but one was missing.
So I had to call them, asking for the other product.
I was told it will come with another parcel from a different warehouse.
I asked for the tracking number, but only got it after writing about four emails.
Then Parcel service called and said they will not deliver, so it had to be picked up from another town.
Spended some larger amount for petrol and lots of time. For this amout I was given a voucher for the shop.
So I ordered some small item and after more than one week it still has not moved.

After receiving the order, they send the pic of item to be shipped. Well packed to take any hit during transit..

I bought a Hero Gopro 9 at last year. But within one year one battery was damage. When I contact with them they suggest me to purchase a new battery. They are not interested to solve my problem. So my suggesion is don't purchase any thing from them because they are not provide any after sells service to the customer.

This website is much better than Amazon and Flipkart. I bought Gopro 9 and extra battery my experience was really awesome with design info website.

This is a company of scammers! I had bought a PS5 console from them, the price was 6000 higher than the MRP, but the product was delivered with a crack in the corner of the console's removable panel. I Immediately notified the seller, they promised to fix it. Since then, all my calls have been ignored and neglected. The support chat does not reply. I strongly recommend NOT to deal with these frauds. As soon as you pay them - they get lost, no matter what kind of obligation they declared to their customers.

Genuine company. Ordered Iphone 14 2 days ago. Today it has arrived. I ordered black color and even the original case, Everything was as expected and they used BlueDart so it came fast and on time.

This company is extremely sketchy. First, taking a wild gamble with an underwater camera case for nearly double the retail value because it is the only place that has in stock. Then it takes nearly two weeks to arrive instead of 3-5 days. It took a week and a half for it to leave India. And now I am in the process of contacting them about a return and I am getting no response back. They are straight up ignoring me. I would recommend not shopping here even if you really feel like you have to to get an item that isn't in stock somewhere else. If it is in stock somewhere else, go there, not here. The vast majority of the "good reviews" are likely robots or the company itself.

iam from northeast Tripura,and here insta 360 costs 43k but from design info i ordered my insta 360 in a very less amount and i got the product in 3 to 4 working days ,and the packaging was great and packet was sealed ,iam very happy dealing with design info ver good

V bad customer service. Sent me a 10 euro camera (valued by them on customs docs) when I paid nearly 200 euro. Hidden charges at customs too not quoted for. AVOID

Design Info Team is just Amazing. I bought Insta360 One X2 at a very less price, with a discount of more than 4000/- Rupees. They are selling genuine products at very good prices which I bet is not available at any other online store. Also, post order, they were constantly communicating the status to me either via whatsapp or Phone calls. The packaging was superb and the Order was sent very next day through Premium courier partner (FedEx). Keep up the good work guys ☺️👍🏻. So happy doing business with them.
