Disappointed
Last year I bought a sofa which I was really pleased with. This year I ordered a wing chair in the same material. However when it arrived it is a totally different colour. I have emailed the company 3 times all I get is colours can vary. This isn't a slight variation it is a big variation. I ordered 2 swatches to make sure I ordered the correct colour. I am now very disappointed and have a settee and a chair that don't match.

distrust of trustpilot. owing to their trust of designer sofas 4u
i have written a few reviews about this company and they appear to have been removed. i have told friends to look up as they are not the company they want to be using. and they cant find them, made around May 2023 about a transaction i had with them in aug/nov 2022, which cost me nearly £ 1000.00 in blackmail money by this company to have their monstrous sofa removed from my house. i have been quite ill because of this company and have not yet recovered. and to find you have removed my trustpilot review is quite a shock. because it was not a fake review. you perhaps should look up this company on companies house, with different people owning this company and running it and same people resigning because of god knows what. and hen closing down and then re appearing under a different name etc. they appear quite dodgy. so to have my review removed like this shocks me. i have today gone through some and find that a lot of the 1 star is removed after me reading the first line of their review. why is this??? so now i feel that trustpilot is not to be trusted if they believe this companies lies.
thank you for your reply, i have been through since 2022 till now and these were not included, so dont know where they were but glad to see they are here now. this company have a lot to answer for. but thank you and apologies for previous review, but you have at top of page that you have taken a lot of fake reviews off this companies pages and i thought that was why i could not find them. mine are not fakes bur real.

My aunt n uncle ordered a beautiful sofa n chairs in which they saved up as they are in their 70s it came they were over the moon chuffed to bits then 9months in they found a hole under one of the chair arms so they phoned up and a man came out and he stated my aunt n uncle had done it and that they would not fix it even though it was still under warranty

Good quality sofa but the delivery timing is too long
We ordered a sofa but it took long time to arrive. The company lost the star only because I needed to contact costumer service to find out what is happening and when the sofa will arrive. The sofa is great, good material and good quality

Bought an electric Reclining sofa from…
Bought an electric Reclining sofa from them a while ago. Woman in the shop was extremely helpful, showed all the various options etc. price was great. One and only gripe is that I had to modify the frame slightly for the mechanism to work smoothly, but it only took 5 minutes to do.

Extremely happy - great customer service
I ordered online , 3 seater sofa, wing chair and club chair in “antique Oxblood”. Online they looked gorgeous😎 estimated delivery of 10- 12 weeks.😎
I am happy to say this company surpassed themselves on every score . The furniture was delivered in 8 weeks - the communication from the company was fantastic - delivery updates, re-scheduling the delivery and even delivering on a Sunday. Their delivery guys were first class.
The furniture itself is beautiful, great quality and exactly as described😎
I have my eye on another sofa in their range for my London flat
I would recommend Designer Sofas 4 You to everyone.

The company's T & Cs do not comply with distance selling laws
The T & Cs require a 30% retention for any cancellations or returns which is not compliant wit the distance selling law.. It was difficult to get a full refund for faulty goods.

Customer service has been great with any questions I had. Had a few text messages regarding delivery to keep me upto date and it was delivered ontime (30 minutes early) but that was no issue.
I purchased a 2 seater and 2 high back chairs (chesterfield) lovely made, and perfect firmness. I would highly recommend.

Excellent selection of chairs and sofas, found what we wanted and requested pick up same day, Sam went above and beyond sorting sofa and chair down to despatch area, two guys in despatch ensured we knew how to take apart sofa so could fit through house door. Wrapped up for protection and helped load into our van. Overall great experience with a fantastic company.

There chesterfield is a complete fraud, with plastic wheels and unstable chairs, and the worst finishing ever.

After I asked for a return they said we will deduct 30 percent, 1st scam.
2nd scam even if you agree to deduct the 30 percent they stop responding
