Would not buy anything from this…
Would not buy anything from this company I purchased a chesterfield sofa got it delivered on the 29th of June 2025 and it has started too sag on the cushions and the leather has all stretched but not on the middle cushion just the 2 end ones and it’s a really bad mess looks absolutely horrible but the company are trying to say its age related won’t even send anyone out to look at it it’s shocking when it’s under a 12 month guarantee I payed £1400 for it and will now have to go and purchase a new settee as it’s fit for the bin not even a phone call from this company just emails so don’t buy from them your wasting your money

Best Delivery guys ever.
I ordered a 2 and a 3 seater leather chesterfield prior to moving home Oct 6th, to be delivered to my new address. I received a call the 1st week in August to say delivery would be Aug 20th. I explained that I couldn’t accept that delivery as I wouldn’t have the keys for the new property. Unfortunately as I live in Northern Ireland the next delivery date was today Oct 18th. I was pretty unhappy about this as I’d paid £300 for delivery and was quite short with them on the phone. Having calmed down I understand it’s not reasonable for them to make that trip every time someone from here orders for 1 delivery (the guys were heading to Cork after me, an unpleasant 6 hour drive). Received the sofas this morning. The delivery guys were excellent friendly and fast, I can’t thank them enough.
The sofas look great and are very, very comfortable. I’ll update this in a year to let you know a longer term perspective.
Would I recommend designersofas4U? Yes, very much so. Overall a great experience apart from when I threw my toys out of the pram about delivery dates 😂.

We bought two matching armchairs
We ordered two matching leather armchairs. The helpline was very good, the ordering process simple, and we were allowed to pay some cash on delivery. The chairs took maybe a month to come, arrived at the time they said they would, and we gave the drivers a tip as they were very helpful. We love the chairs, they look great and the quality is excellent.

I am very happy with my sofas
I am very happy with my sofas. They are very comfortable and appear to be of very good quality but only time will tell how long they will last. Like with everything these days it’s all made in china as it says on the box the sofas come in. My last sofas I had (not from this company),the springs sunk in after 5 years without much use. Hopefully these will last longer. Very good service the delivery team put the new sofas together and I would recommend designer sofas 4 u.

Brilliant product backed by Brilliant service

Received computer generated response that l have noticed every complaint received apart from that zip all, received update they don't want to know even though problem has been going on 18 months now they are saying it is out of warranty but they have not done anything in 18 months apart from send me a dab of dried up paint and now they have told me not to contact manufacturers as this would be out of order didn't expect any difference as l have had problems getting a response from the beginning

Very happy with the quality, style and comfort of the leather finish.
Small damaged button, and without any issues a. New pack of buttons arrived next day. Following week an engineer arrived to replace said button.

Good product, great service!
We looked at a product online, but was uncertain if we wanted to proceed. We chatted with Louise online, and arranged a visit. We decided to purchase and was offered the same discounts as online, staff unpacked the product to ensure we were happy and repacked prior to loading into our vehicle. You blew it on the delivery
Ordered a chair from there website I was contacted shortly after by a member on WhatsApp notifying me the cushion I had chose was extremely hard I then opted for the softer cushion... all going well so far, then came the delivery I received a text with a time and date and was asked to reply with yes or no to the delivery date and time, seen as the delivery date was acceptable I replied with yes. Anyhow the date came and I was given a time slot of 15:00-18:00 pm a large time gap but ok. I waited in the vacant house and surely enough no delivery, I chalked this up to a no show. The time was 21:15 and I received a phone call asking where I was it was the delivery people way out of the time slot they had allocated, due to me leaving town it then became a rush to get back to the property to accept the chair. I was constantly phoned asking where I was how long I was going to be etc I explained the time slot was 15:00-18:00 and it was now 9 pm once I arrived back the delivery driver decided he would carry the chair in whilst smoking a cigarette to which he stumped the cigarette out on my plastic bin and dropped the butt on the grass on my property. The two delivery men couldn't give me a reason why the delivery was late and why I had not recieved even a text to notify me of a change in time they were absolutely not intrested. I locked up the house and the passenger of the delivery van asked if he could use the toilet even though he had just watched me lock up. I wasn't prepared to allow either of them back into the house especially with how they treated my property and had spoken to me. I understand deliveries run late etc but there was no notification and a sheer lack of respect, not to mention smoking a cigarette whilst holding a chair . I will see what the quality of the chair is like and adjust this review accordingly
