Zero stars. Absolutely unreliable. I ordered a Hay table on May 30th. They told me I had to wait 1/2 months. I waited and waited and waited... then in September I began to email them almost every day, but nobody is replying. They simply disappeard.
AVOID!!! AVOID!!!

Completely unreliable!! Waited over 3 weeks to get something delivered having to chase and chase and chase for a tracking number. When it finally shipped with UPS they sent it to a delivery depot 500 miles from my home so completely bloody useless!!
They never answer emails or calls so AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered from 2 shelves (in black and white) and a tray from this webshop on the 21.JULY, did not receive anything, so sent an email on the 25.August, they answered that they could not send the tray because they no longer sold them, but they would soon send the shelves (soon!!! a month after the order!!!) a week later, they send me that they do not have the black shelf..would i care to wait? they offered to take off 10%..i said yes...did they send the white shelf? NO!! the 16.SEPTEMBER, I receive an email from them advertising 15% off the SAME shelves!!! and then they send me on the 22.SEPTEMBER that they do not have the shelves... i lost count of the email with misleading info...worst of all...on the 24th. SEPTEMBER, they have the AUDACITY to draw money from my card!!!
DISHONEST is the best word that comes to mind!

I'm in the U.S. and I was a little nervous ordering from Denmark even though DesignDelicatessen does have great reviews. The site is definitely a bit "oldschool" and simple-looking, and there wasn't an obvious "United States" version so I wasn't positive if it was American-friendly--But NEVER FEAR!
The quality of the designer art prints I bought is fantastic--they are the real deal, straight from their respective design firms, and the price considering the quality was excellent. (there was a black friday sale AND shipping was extremely low if not free?)
The package shipped to me on the west coast from Denmark in just about 2 weeks, which is actually quite fast since one piece was a (11x14" or so) wood-mounted print. The other was a large tube. They were snugly boxed together with paper wrapping and air pocket cushions, and liberally taped for security/stability.
Another note, they did invoice me initially in Danish I think? But then later on they sent a very detailed, cute design, english invoice, which I really appreciated.
Basically, I was a little scared but ended up being so, so pleased!

Faster than promise delivery and easy international delivery.

Well regards to my relevant purchased. Given promise that will be delivered on time, but not at all.

Given the tracking number not valid and not able to track the status at all. Ask to check and revert back also didn't reply at all. Not even providing the correct tracking number for me to check on my side also.

I ordered a pair of bar stools. They had to be shipped to the US. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the products, once they were shipped, arrived quite quickly and in good order. I was hesitant to order items like these from abroad, but after this experience would have no reservations about ordering from designdelicatessen again.
