Very poor app design and user interface! Spend some money and make it look decent

A great card for people (students) starting their credit. Have had for 2yrs now with 0 issues, any reason I’ve had to call support they’re always helpful, and I have never had to request limit increases as they’ve been given to me at the perfect times.

A very thought through application process and a very considerate team when it comes to assigning your credit limit. Easy access to rewards and there are many of them. A great Card to have if you are an International Student

Amazing company for a first CC. I started off when I was still an international student. I did have a SSN but not enough credit when I got my pro card. It started off with 500 and increased by the same amount every 6 months without me asking for it (they dont do requests for credit increase FYI; I called before I got mine) but I never once paid it late or missed any payments. No foreign transactions fees is definitely a huuge deal, you just pay for the exchange rate which is awesome. Easy to use app, easy and great customer service. They report on time to the credit bureaus which helps A LOT with the building credit process. If you're looking for a great card compay, this is it! :)

I was not able to receive a credit card as a new credit line user and deserve gave me the chance to build my credit. With my usage and consistent payments I was able to build my credit line quickly along with my score. I love this card!

Great customer service, straightforward processes and simple to use app.

I would have given a 5 star but when paying the balance, it takes 7 days for the money to be available. If deserve try to improve by minimizing to 1 or 2 days instead of 7 days, it will make deserve as one of the best credit card.

Once, unaware, I had ordered shoes from a fake Skechers website and never received the merch. Deserve initially refunded me my money, but after a while the fake website had sent them some papers showing that it delivered my shoes. It never had, and I contacted Deserve after they took the expense of the merch from my card again. A Deserve representative said that my money will be returned to me again if I report this to police and send them the note. I did, but Deserve did not pursue the matter further, thus costing me my $99.00.

Its a pleasure to become a credit card holder of the Deserve Bank.

Applying was straightforward, the credit card and website are easy to use, and Deserve has increased my credit limit. Great card for a college student.

As a college student I was very confused on how to start building credit, but with the Deserve student card it has really allowed me to build the credit that will help me buy cars, residences, etc!

This company is okay. I have had a lot of issues getting a new card. It has taken over a month now, and when I call people don’t really know what’s going on and are not that helpful.

i have been really sad with deserve. they reported my account as late on credit report during this pandemic even though they told me its okay not to make the payment. so i don't understand its okay not to make payment but they will report to credit its a joke or what

Great for international students who needs a credit card. The process to start is user friendly and team is very helpful if any issues present.

I love this card! Really like how I can set up auto payments so I never miss any. I wish it was easier to tell how much was going to be on each statement, though, because sometimes the little circle on the website makes it look like I owe more than I do. Maybe a “next payment due:” would be helpful. But overall, just keep track of what you’ve bought, and this is a great card!
