Faulty item replaced

Shruti was excellent in handling my case
Received a faulty item which would have happened in manufacturing, asked for another one to be sent - no issues at all and l didn’t even have to sent faulty one back - was disposed of.
Putting in the request via the desert art portal was so easy for downloading photos etc
Thank you for making this transaction easy
