Great customer service
Great customer service, during the lockdown I was kept informed on what was going on as the build was delayed. Finally got the keys to my new home and I love it.

Derwent Living have given me a lifeline when I needed it the most.The customer service is second to none.
I have to mention Anna Colwill,Donna Thomas and the plumber Richard.All have been absolutely amazing.

Quick easy decision the property was clean tidy and ready to move in,great spacious room's throughout,apart from abit of decorating to freshen certain things up which i had help with no other issues,I've found & feel at home lovely surroundings easy access to the main roads

I do love my house and the area but the start to moving In and the process was very poor and shocking. If I didn’t have my family around me I wouldn’t of been able to cope. The way I was treated was unpleasant and really affected me mentally

Appalling
I just came to the UK to take a position as a surgeon. I arrived to my Derwent living accommodation to find:
Cocroach infestation in toilet
Window that does not close (the flat is on ground floor)
Bulbs not working in living area
Dripping tap
Filthy kitchen (in violation of Covid related regulations)
I have been trying to get in touch with anybody for the past 3 days but all I get is: somebody will be in touch ASAP, and still no action and nobody got in touch. I have a job to do and I do not have time to deal with this. Going to the toilet has been extremely difficult given the current situatio. I do not know what to do.

Moved into a new build
The move into this fantastic home has been amazing. Derwent living has responded to all my question and worries straight away and put my mind at ease. The only downfall is the development company of the house. It's summer and my kids carnt play in the garden due to it being just soil and there response is it will not be done till the last house is let. Which is like saying how long is a peace of string. However I would recommend Derwent living to anyone they have been amazing so far.

Any problems quickly resolved
Any problems quickly resolved. Everyone my partner dealt with has been friendly, Extra support offered throughout the covid 19 period so far, with courtesy phone calls to check whether any other help was needed. All in all my partner is very happy in his experience with Derwent Living.
