these work ok, as long as you have a lot of pigment laid down; wouldnt it be great to have a blender that doesnt make the work more shiny.

I use this blender all the time. I discovered there’s one technique for blending and a slightly different one for subtle dragging. I test it first on different pencils because it makes some colours brighter and damps down others.
These are magic and blending and enhancing colours
First time using a blender pencil, seems great, much more intricate blending for detailed areas than I could have achieved otherwise.
A must product for pencil artists.

A useful blender
I love the blender! First time user...... Makes colour fills nice and smooth. I’ve used a blending stump (paper diy) this is similar but better, in that you don’t lose opacity. It’s easier to clean than a stump! That’s a big plus. Also it’s capable of very fine work. (It’s the opposite to a stump which is better at wider strokes) Either way it’s a nice addition to my kit.
