One thing was odd, though. A coupon card for 15% off was delivered in a separate box yesterday by fedex. Seems like a waste of materials and labor. Why not just include the postcard with my order of shampoo and conditioner?

Poor service
LIke I have stated in my emails back to your company. I did not order any products from your website. My account I believe was hacked. Someone had inserted a credit card and a change of address from TX to FL. I tried to communicate this via your chat function but that was a joke, so I sent a message and got a response that made no sense. I have deleted my credit cards and requsted to have my account cancelled. Which to your company’s credit, you must have done it since I can no longer log into it.

From my cart, one of my items was around $20 cheaper than what the charge on my card reflected. Also, I was supposed to receive my shipment in two days. My latest email from Dermstore states that the shipment should arrive in a week.
