Dermacia Pharmacy- Laser Burns and Scars AVOID AVOID AVOID

I had laser hair removal against my will at Dermacia Pharmacy. I went for a facial and the so-called technician falsely claimed she was a dermatologist and actually convinced me to have laser hair removal. She went ahead and burnt and scarred my face on a high setting. To add insult to injury, I was not given my change after payment. I strongly advise anyone intending to have ANY facial treatment at this outfit to think TEN TIMES before doing so because they are highly unprofessional. I reported them to Islington Council’s Public Protection Team soon after this occurred. Avoid Dermacia Pharmacy like the plague.
