I am now about to make formal complaint through trading standards etc

This site is a complete scam!!! I placed a 40 € order on the 23rd of april. The money is drawn from my account, but I haven't seen my order yet. I have contacted customerservice 3 times via ther website dereo.com and once on e-mail, where I get a message, that the e-mail doesn't exist. It says on their website, that they use Moneybrace, wich looks like a secure site. However when you look closely, the same name reappears, Shenzhen, wich is also seen on Dereo.com. I tried to contact Moneybrace customerservice, but surprise surprise, the I get an answer that days, the e-mail doesn't exist.
Do yourself a favour, and NEVER order ANYTHING on dereo.com! It's a complete scam and you might as well throw your money out the window!!!!!
