Ordered one item and they sent something completely different. Since 24 hours had passed since delivery, they refused to do anything about it, even though it was entirely their mistake. I’ve read other similar reviews—clearly, this is a habit of theirs. I definitely won't be buying from this site again!
*We already talked per e-mail and i have to keep the wrong item you sent because i realized 24h late. THANK GOD i didn't lose as much Money as other people Reading the review but of course you reply as soon as possibile here for REVIEW but for answer me you take forever. Ahah funny. Refund promised, but not sent
I have returned an article and received confirmation from Deporvillage that return was accepted and refund would be sent within next few days. 3 weeks later - still no refund. They also don't reply on my emails. Very, very disappointed.

Good experience with purchase.
I ordered a Bryton 650 cycle computer listed in stock and at a great price on 28/8 and it was delivered to UK on 06/9 after I was notified of a weekend hold up at Spanish customs. So I cannot fault the ease of purchase and a totally respectable delivery time.
