Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience – unprofessional and unacceptable service.
I purchased an expensive PDR light from this company in November 2024, and after about 9 months of normal use, the light stopped working due to a broken internal cable.
I contacted the seller, and instead of offering a quick solution, they told me I should send the light for repair and wait 6 to 8 weeks, because they had no spare parts available from the manufacturer (Elim A Dent).
Even worse – they refused to offer a temporary replacement during that time, leaving me without a working light for my business.
When I questioned this and asked for a reasonable solution, they responded in a very disrespectful tone and accused me of having “unrealistic demands” – even though all I asked for was basic after-sales service.
Let me be clear:
• Selling high-priced professional tools without having spare parts available is unacceptable.
• Telling a customer to wait 2 months without offering a temporary solution is unprofessional.
• Blaming the customer instead of taking responsibility is not how good companies treat people.
This was honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and it will be the last time I ever deal with this company. I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone who expects reliability and support.
