I encountered problems with the website…
I encountered problems with the website when trying to order. Having been directed to the basket, I was unable to add more items and felt very frustrated with the whole process. I had to return to the start many times and was on the verge of giving up when I finally got what I was hoping for.
The payment and delivery process was faultless which restored my faith in the system.
