This "charity" had an income in 2022 of £942,000. It has 12 employees, one of which receives more than £150,000, an incredibly high percentage of its income.
The majority of the collected money for the "charity" goes to support its own employees.

And yet they cannot respond to a simple email (sent three times in various forms over two weeks) asking for information about one of the products (Sainsbury's own OraCare+ Gum Health Toothpaste) that it has accredited. This product has been taken off the shelves and Sainsbury's itself has also failed to provide any reason.

Despite the apparent credibility of this organisation it does appear that, like some disreputable "charities", it exists primarily for its own sake and not for the sake of the public. Indeed it may well be supporting the industry rather than the public.

NO INFORMATION. NO EDUCATION.

I contacted them about Kingfisher baking soda toothpaste which caused terrible damage to my teeth and which had their british dental health foundation logo on the box despite the british dental health foundation website not listing this particular toothpaste as approved. After an initial response to my query, they did not respond to any of my subsequent comms.
