Not impressed

My item was dispatched on the third day after ordering I dont think this is good enough, with second postage it took over a week to come. Also item is very expensive and with postage added on I think its overpriced.

Ordered a product but heard nothing…

Ordered a product but heard nothing back and no product. Only when i chased did they tell me they was out of stock awaiting on new batch. They took my money knowing they was out of stock. They did give full refund upon request quickley..

Good service.

Unfortunately my order was sent to the wrong address, but once this mistake was realised it was dealt with quickly and my order arrived the following day. Postage was refunded in full.
I haven't had any problems before and will continue to purchase supplies from Dental Direct,
