Having searched for a brand new home for the past 10 months, we have visited a LOT of developments since then. We have met with many sales reps and whilst most of the homes or developments were not for us, we noted the stand out good and stand out bad sales reps. Rebecca wins hands down as the BEST sales rep.

Rebecca at Farrows Watch- Denbury homes, is THE most helpful, professional, knowledgeable and fantastic sales rep I have ever met.

We wanted to look inside the fabulous Sparrowhawk show home at this development as we had our eye on one for sale at another development and were seeing it the next day. We turned up without an appointment just to look around and met with Rebecca. We didn't want to take up any of her valuable time as it was our impromptu visit, but Rebecca was most welcoming to us and absolutely outstanding. Not only did she give us lots of information about the site we were visiting the next day over a cup of coffee and about Denbury Homes in general, she also took the time to contact her colleagues to find out the colour of the kitchen, floor and wall tiles and carpet etc. She made sure her colleague Sara who was dealing with that development knew we were going along with the estate agent the next day.

After the appointment, she emailed us with written details of all the different colour selections that were in the house. We reserved the house the very next day and are waiting for the legals to go through and are now dealing with Sara who is equally as professional, knowledgeable and helpful too.

Honestly I cannot say enough good points about Rebecca as a representative of Denbury Homes. As a Solicitor myself, Ive met many different professional people over the years, and Rebecca is right up there with the best !

Communication with Josh throughout the process of buying our first new-build home in Wittens Way was excellent. Everything was explained very clearly and thoroughly, and all our questions were answered promptly. Josh also pressed solicitors to ensure a swift exchange of contracts and completion. The familiarisation visits with the site manager were extremely helpful and everything went smoothly on the day we moved in. Would definitely recommend Denbury Homes.

Terrific experience buying our house at Wittens Meadow. The process from start to finish was seamless, with Josh explaining us through every step no matter how simple or wild our question was. Since moving in, we have been accommodated for both alongside sales and the onsite manager who have both been great.

We have just reserved a lovely house in the Hornbeams development in Elmsett. We were impressed with the build quality and helpful staff. A particular thanks to Ronnie for being helpful, friendly and open with his dealings with us. It really does make a difference.

We’re currently in the process of buying our first home at Weavers Way and Shaun has been absolutely fantastic throughout. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions and nerves, but Shaun has been patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us updated regularly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and exciting. His professionalism and genuine care really stood out, and we’re so grateful for all his help, and can’t wait to get into our new home!

With this being our first experience of purchasing a new build property, we needed a reliable site salesperson to guide us through the process. Shaun at Weavers Way has provided us with clear explanations to all our queries, being friendly whilst maintaining a businesslike approach throughout. His regular progress updates have made us feel informed and connected to new community being built at Weavers Way, Clare.

The Denbury Homes team at Weavers Way in Clare, Suffolk, have been fantastic and made our move as stress free as a move can be! We are very happy with our new home and thank you to the team for all their help.

Shaun made the process as easy as practically possible, the team on site have ironed out some minor glitches.
Thus far I am happy with our purchase.
The build quality is slightly better than others I had viewed, little things like coving makes a difference.

Thanks Denbury Homes for a nice easy process. Josh and the whole team at Wittens Way have been very helpful, making the move a pleasant experience and one we’re really pleased we made.

We moved into our house on Witten's Meadow at the end of March. Since then we haven't had any real problems but Sales Manager Joshua has answered all questions (however stupid!) efficiently and with good humour. Site Manager Craig has also been a great help fielding questions from an older couple unused to heat pumps etc! All in all smoothing our transition into a new home and making life a lot easier.
