really bad customer services for online check in

i would like to make you aware of the online reservation
we tried many times to book our flight 24 hours before it the website isn't working at all
we tried on the mobile app and same thing !
impossible to check in
so we called the hotline to see what else we can do... after 1 hour on the hotline no one answered

i feel like its a really bad situation rn
idk if i'm gonna get my flight tomorow
delta, if you make a website make sure that it work properly in france ;)

I had to wait on hold 6.5 hours (!!!)…

I had to wait on hold 6.5 hours (!!!) in order to talk to a live Delta Airline agent. Projected hold times varied up to 9 hours earlier on the same day. The projected hold time for my call was 2 hours - very far from the real time. They told me they are still training new agents.
