I’ve bought the air conditioner, but I could not get it because delivery companies in Denmark refuse to deliver it to me because it was too heavy, even though delivery was paid directly to my apartment. I suppose it must be a great on the beginning between the seller and delivery, show customer do not have any problem like that🤷🏻♂️

A defective device has been delivered
A defective device has been delivered. It takes days to get a reply from customer service and once you get, the response is completely irrelevant to the query, and even not compiant with consumer rights act. Extemely furrusrating. I wish i have chosen amazon.com instead of delonghi.com. My problem is still open and unresolved yet.
UPDATE on 6th July: After my review on Trust Pilot, a lady called Gemma from Delonghi reached me out through the mail "support.delonghi.uk(at)delonghigroup.com" saying that they can re-place the machine free of charge.
Great news! But only for a while... I have sent the machine back on 3r July, with the DPD code they have provided. Today I have wrote back to same mail address to ask for the status of the replacement machine, and received below reply from the same e-mail ID which I was in back and forth communication until I send the machine:
"Dear customer,
Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, you have used an unmonitored email address."
Now my machine has gone, I have no idea where is my replacement machine, and no chane to find out unless I invest my half an hour during my working time to patiently wait on a call to call center or invest a similar time to fill up a 20+ fielded web form, hoping somebody to read that and get back to me at an unknown time in future...
A real complete disappointment and regret.

design flaws and poor customer support
I bought the Rivelia, but algae grows at the bottom of the water tank. Due to a design flaw you cannot clean it properly as there is a section under the water level sensor that only opens a sliver to let water in, blocking any brush.
I contacted their support, and they refused to acknowledge that there was a problem. After lots of back and forth with many photos they finally said that they saw the buildup but there was nothing that I could do aside from soaking it in water (which I already did)
Overall very poor experience going back and forth with agents that seemed to just want to dismiss the issue and offered no real solution

Extremely shambolic customer service
Extremely shambolic customer service. I wanted to cancel the order within 15 minutes and the order didn't show up. Even customer service couldn't see the order. How can you cancel within 15 minutes when you cannot see the order on your system? Then I ringed their customer services and it took 20 minutes on phone to talk to someone. I got the taste of their coffee machine even before buying it. Company with such a shambolic customer service cannot be selling good products as product support is even more important than the product itself. I won't be buying from them now once I get my refund.

We love the machine …
We love the machine but we did not buy directly from De Longhi. We found their customer service department extremely helpful. This our second De Longhi coffee machine and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
De water ontharder/ontkalker is top.
De water ontharder/ontkalker paste perfect in mijn machine en de koffie is sindsdien een stuk lekkerder.
Good but personal preference issue
Machine is small and easy to use, one main thing that is a bit of a shame is that theres no temperature control on it and so coffees are only hot for a couple of minutes. Delivery was good and easy and going through the order was simple.

DeLonghi did get in contact with us after we submitted the first review. They apparently rushed our repair through and we received the machine back today. They gave us advice on how to set the machine for hard water (we had never been told this before).
We made one cup of coffee and guess what? It’s broke AGAIN!
Now how can this possibly be our error?
This is the second time it’s been returned to us and had a NEW fault. Are you serious??
When i asked Gemma who reached out below, for a refund or replacement, i didn’t get a reply.
We bought directly from DeLonghi rather than Amazon because we thought we would have better customer service. I wish i had gone straight to Amazon. We would have had a refund months ago.
What do i have to do to get a coffee machine that works DeLonghi?

We have had to return our coffee machine 5/6 times now for the same issue within a two year period - each time we send it back, it's gone for approx 2 weeks without a temporary replacement. Delonghi tell us it's fixed and three months later - the same problem is back again. We paid a lot for our coffee machine and don't expect to be without it 12 weeks due to an issue that can't be fixed. We asked for a refund or a new replacement and are told a flat no each time. I wonder whether they are waiting for us to become so exasperated that we buy a new coffee machine instead of wasting our time sending it back for repair. If this does happen we won't be buying a DeLonghi. Utter rubbish.

Too soon to tell
After the initial set up, its easy to use, seems well built but time will tell if it is a quality product. Out of the box all is great.
De’Longhi Lattissima One
I purchased a De’Longhi Lattissima One and, after only six weeks of normal use, the milk frother stopped working.
I contacted De’Longhi customer service and, after numerous phone calls and emails, they eventually sent a replacement part. Unfortunately, the replacement did not resolve the issue.
Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by phone and email to seek a resolution. Communication has been poor, follow-up has been lacking, and at one point I was even told I was calling the wrong number.
The most disappointing aspect has not been the product failure itself, but the lack of effective after-sales support. When purchasing a premium coffee machine, customers expect both reliability and responsive customer service. In my experience, De’Longhi failed to deliver on both.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product or the company’s customer service.
