Ordered brand new R770 server

Ordered brand new R770 server. Received it and on first start, sounds like a jet plane and incredibly slow performance. 3 engineers that replaced all parts, that did not solve the issue.
Finally disks replaced by Samsung disks after 2 months!!!!!!!!. Returned the other 5 disks with UPS and now Dell keeps claiming i did not return the disks. I send all proof i have. You cannot contact Dell by phone. No one knows what and they keep running in circles. Really i preferred Dell servers, but this is the last one i ordered. IBM and HP now my favorite brands.

Horrendous Customer Service

Ordered a new battery. Was supposed to be delivered 20th October. Still not here. Cannot contact them - I go round and round in circles on their help page and contact page. HORRENDOUS customer service and I remain without my battery and out of pocket. I DO NOT recommend them. And looks like no one else does either.

XPS 15 - LYING OPPORTUNIST

XPS 15 9500 - Failed MB at 2 year mark, replaced MB under warranty. Apparently its known fault with that model. Failed again 1 year later with similar symptoms. Support was diabolical and only attempting to sell Software support and said H/W warranty extension is not available. After researching they replaced MB with same model with known issues. The MB was destined to fail again.

As 4 year mark end of warranty is going to expire Dell (Varun Roy) reached out and attempted to sell hardware support that wasn't available earlier.

Appalling product, even worse support. Will never buy a Dell product ever again.

Bad company

Bad company . Full of liars. Trying to get refund and for the third time they lie saying money is transferred . Some manager named Dayanand told me everything is approved and processed and weeks after still saying it is under review.

Dell isn't the quality it once was

Dell isn't the quality it once was. Bought a laptop Inspiron 15 3530 a year ago with Windows 11 Home and I only encounter issues: blue screens of death, third party software not working, even the Dell online services are not working and hardware is break down, just after the warranty has ended. Trying to reset the laptop but that even failed!!! Never buy a Dell ....

Dell 7730 white- is light grey- lies in description

I ordered a ' white' all in one 7730 computer . The description was mentioning clearly a ' white' keyboard and mouse, and I was looking for a ' white' set specifically I ordered by Dell.
When the computer arrived, surprise, the keyboard and mouse are light ' grey' but not white at all. Contacted the customer service and the only answer I get is ' note that the keyboard and mouse are not white but light grey, so you received the correct product' !
This is really misleading and false information- and no consideration to solve the ' problem' except returning the whole package with all the struggle !
Really disappointed- so if you want a white color, do not order by Dell.

Late delivery with no notification.

Made an order for an Alienware PC, said it would arrive in 1-2 weeks. Never got any conformation of delivery. I called them and they said it has a week delay because there were internal problems and its taking so long because it came from poland. No email or any notification that it would be coming late. Bad communication.

2 Years premium support on my alienware…

2 Years premium support on my alienware pc. Run all the diagnostics and figure out the fans are faulty 1200rpm at most, pc overheats and games crash due to that.
Relay all the error codes, validation codes. Dell tech only asks what the issue is and wont resolve the fans issue, because it is something else.
24/7 support don't make me laugh. Tech called today at 13:34 to re-asks what is already in the ticket system and I told him to check the ticket. He said he will do so and call me back 'when can you access your pc?' I said after 17:00, he said ok.
Sent by the tech at 16:59 'I'm done working at 17:00, call you tomorrow'
Holy cow Dell, please just fix the fans. How hard is it to listen and fix what is broken?!
I'm done with this. I'll see if I can fix it myself or get someone else to fix it, apparently Dell won't.

I wouldn't buy Dell unless I can go to a physical store in the future. Cheers Dell, one more angry customer.

Terrible nightmare

Terrible nightmare, stay away from them as much as you can, don't be fooled by their ads. I returned their laptop because the battery was draining fast. It's been 9 days since I returned the product and they don't even notify me that they received the laptop even though I can see on the UPS site that the product has been returned. Very poor customer service. Phone calls or emails do not give you the right answer at all. I still haven't received my money and now I'm following through PayPal to get my money back. If you value your time and don't want to be a headache, stay away from them.

Finally got the Dell XPS 17 on Dec 5…

Finally got the Dell XPS 17 on Dec 5 ended up being the worst purchase of my life. System fan was loud at startup, started lagging, downloaded Ubuntu and Kali Linux then it froze can’t use the laptop since then had to order for replacement. Have to wait 3 weeks for replacement

Leaders in Scam

Don't take the mental agony of buying one as their customer support is equally incompetent, stupid. Its plain harrassment of customers. Buy HP or a Samsung that it more worthy. Dell is hopeless.

WORST CUSTOMER CARE AND SUPPORT SERVICES

Worst experience ever. I have been in contact multiple times, unfortunaly my machine had multiple problems, with Dell support both in Italy and in the Netherlands. I have never been so disappointed with a support/customer service. My appointment with the technician to change the main board was moved 3 times during one week with absolutely no forewarning, and caused me to skip 3 working days to stay at home and wait for a specialized engineer that never came. Moreover, after paying 85 € for a Premium Support 24/7 I find myself with a problem on a Saturday and no one that can help me or reach me even on the phone. Dell is a complete fraud and waste of money. I will never again buy a product from them only because of their assistance.

The worst laptop company on earth!

The worst laptop company on earth. After spending 3k for a new XPS 15 laptop. I have waited more than one month until my laptop arrived. After it arrived it did pretty well for half a year. Suddenly some whistle noices came from the laptop and it still happens everyday. It drives me nuts. Litterarly f*ng 3k laptop to hear a fkking whistle everytime I work or do some school stuff on my laptop... Not even gaming. D*gsh*t company with d*gsh*t service. Don't even wanna call them up because I know it will take years before they even will respond and then they will ask me to send the laptop which will take another 3 years before they send the same laptop back without resolving anything. Trust me. NEVER BUY FROM DELL!

Dell is running a scam

Dell is running a scam. I ordered a laptop, which they promised to deliver the next day - but I have not received the laptop for 2 months. THey say its being delivered by UPS and share a tracking link. UPS link shows it is being delivered, but on the day of supposed delivery it changes the status to unknown- then UPS says the laptop was damaged and returned to Dell. This cycle has been going on for 2 months and I have not received my laptop yet

Dell unable to open their own support case

When our company finally reached an agreement ( = PRE paid support ! for damaged LCD on a laptop) they closed the support call and mentioned it could not be reopened for 10 days. And even our account manager can't reopen it. So after several weeks we are back at square 1 and are asked to open a new support case. If you are business customer think twice before relying on DELL. Time to 'manage' DELL is better spent on something that does improve your business.

Never Dell again

Ordered two very expensive Dell laptops the midst of December and still have received nothing. Off course they blame the courier but no one knows where they are. Dell Customer support…..do they understand the word support??!!!
If you als for support or compensation the only answer you get is NO,NO,NO
The last time I ever buy from Dell. It is only a shadow of the Dell that it once was

Great support from Dell Cares & Dell On-Site

I've got a Vostro 7590 and hit some issues. There was a malfunction with the touchpad, then an accident (my fault), then issues with the supply of the replacement parts (Dell seems to have stopped producing this model a few months after I bought it, though it was a new model), then some communications problems between Dell departments, and lastly but not leastly some Dell dept asking for old parts not replaced, etc.

Despite all this, would I still buy a Dell? Hell YES!

This is because I am very happy with the Dell SUPPORT! All the way from Dell Cares to On-Site support, they are always there when there is a problem. This is such a big contrast to my Lenovo experience!

In summer I was in Didim, Turkey for several months (and also now back) and they even came to that small town I was residing to fix the laptop. Probably if it was left to the mercy of some fine print in my support agreement, (I bought my laptop in The Netherlands where it is registered) they did not have to do it. But they did it. Dell Turkey sent a technician to my accommodation to fix the issue on site!

ps 1- Just one star less (because of the `system replacement team` at Dell NL thinking that the customer is a fool to replace his Vostro 7-series system with a a Vostro 3 or 5 series -at the end I had to wait for several months for the parts to get my laptop repaired instead).
2. My case, several repairs over some 6 months. So I just gave the last interaction.
