I am in the process of taking over my mom's finances and your customer service team made it really easy for me to understand her Delaware Life pension and my options for managing it going forward. I never had to punch a bunch of data into an annoying automated phone system, I never waited for a human for more than two or three minutes, when I was transferred it was always a "soft transfer" where the original rep stayed on the line for the (short) hold time. You guys are NAILING it on providing a quality customer experience and I bet you are also operating more efficiently than your overtechnologized peers. Kudos!
