Wonderful quality, precise cut and perfect fit with specified measurements

we got a cover for our new ikea Kivik stool. The quality of the fabric and the workmanship is great, but unfortunately it is a bit too big... it's hard to make it fit nicely, it gets a few creases. The matching cover we got for the sofa works great, though!

My order arrived quickly by courier and well protected. The item was as described and even better in real life. I was very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to buy too.

This company has been such a great find. We’ve ordered all our Raffrollos from them and they’ve always been quick and exactly what we had measured. Great service and product!

Before you buy anything make sure that's exactly what you want, which is very difficult with materials. And Dekoria should know that better as anyone since they are working with textil. I Ordered curtains they were not what the picture and description showed online had to return them, well Dekoria doesn't provide you with return label you have to pay for it your self and it is with DPD and very expensive. Usually companies have contract or cheaper deals for shipping, I don't understand why Dekoria are not loyal to their customers with the shipping. Just saying think twice before you buy anything from them or go other company that provides free shipping cost.

Upfront I received samples to chose the colour and the colour is just as expected.
Unfortunately the covers do not fit that well. They are too loose and, therefore, have creases. This bothers me a lot. I never experienced this kind of problems with original IKEA covers. In relation to these issues the price you pay is too high.
If these problems would not occur it would be a great buy.

Good quality product. More satisfied with previous order: the ordered product has same level of stopping light as a previous order but is letting a lot more light through. Perhaps due to choosing a lighter colour this time; but this was not as expected and would have returned product if it wasn’t a tailor made size and therefore refund / exchange not possible. Delivery was smooth. Would order at the company again but pay more attention if product is meeting expectations before ordering.
