Purchased a scent for my wife which for a dupe was quite expensive. The scent was almost identical to the original which she also owned. After several months the Deja vu scent completely changed and now smells totally different to the original. I have tried and tired to get a response from their customer service email but nothing.
Very disappointed as now have 3/4 of a bottle of awful perfume that cost more than a dupe should. Based on my experience I'd avoid De javu Scents.
AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS. I am usually a very astute consumer and avoid making purchases from new, un rated companies. However in December 2023 I purchased some Boardroom aftershave from the sure Déjà-vu. I paid just under £40 for a small bottle but when my husband used it he had a severe reaction and an angry rash. He persevered and tried it again over a week later but he had exactly the same allergic reaction which he never had with any product. I contacted the company who agreed to refund the purchase if I posted it back. I paid for the postage and the aftershave was returned to deja vu but they attempted to avoid refunding their product saying they hadn’t received the aftershave back! This is NOT the level of service a customer would expect so please be careful !
I have ordered an item. When the item/perfume arrived the perfume box was not sealed, and the item seemed to be used. Obviously I decided to return the item.
I've contacted customer service for a refund, they have ignored my emails. Then, I read their policy which say that I can only return the item if it's within 14 days from the order date. I rushed to return the order, and when I sent another to the customer service notifying them that the item is sent back. Surprisingly, I have received an immediate response saying that I won't get a refund because the company did not authorize the return/refund.
Now I have contacted the company in every way possible trying to resolve this matter in an amicable way. However their responses were horrendous and very unprofessional, saying that it is not their problem and that I have used the item. Which is not true.
I hope this story helps everyone avoid this company.
