Worst car dealer ever

Worst car dealer ever. He response very quickly when you want to buy then ghosts you after you pay. Very poor communciaiton and slow service.

The car he delivered has so many issues and he wont fix or find a resolution. When reported he starts gas lighting you that you're the one who caused these issues. Or even better start asking you for more money to fix the issues already in the car.

I ended up with a car without working keys or ac, has lot of issues and can't do anything about it. I will seek legal action.

I write this to warn other people to avoid this dealer!

Good car, bad customer service

Bought a car, it took a verry long time to get new license plates for it, needed to ask multiple times about it.
After they arrived they had lost 1 of the keys which they could mail but after that they never arrived and then they could not do anything about it since they threw away the shipment number.

Scammer.

Scammer.
Zero star.
This company is cheating. The owner has a bad personality. He talks like a good sales man but does not give a product or service which has value.

The car (BMW 1 series i116)we bought for 8000 euro (97000km) had next day started the lighting sign of ‘motor’ while driving. When we claim that the owner did not treat us properly. The car of 97000km would not normally give issues.

We even reported a police. We found out The car was registered once in history that it run more than 270000km in Germany. The police has to further investigate. What a cheater. We want his garage to be closed, it is harmful to our society, nobody should allow him to run his business in this way.

Please don’t buy, don’t do any business with this garage.
