Are both Degorilla Facebook groups the same person/group, and if so why are the comments turned off on the other page, and what happened to your website? I thought a new owner had taken over and was re modelling everything? At, least that is what it said it my email after asking where my order from Dec 2017 was and where were all the FREE t-shirts? Things do not seem right here...hmmm? I was emailed by a person, said he bought out the old company, the old guys could not full-fill the FREE t-shirt order and abandoned it. So, who is this new owner, why are there 2 Degorilla Facebook sites and still updates as of March 2018, but no comments from public except the one I wrote on the smaller FB group that still has comments section turned out. HAD AN ORDER IN DEC. 2017 AND A FREE T-SHIRT, NEITHER CAME - NO REFUND!! - THIS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED! I

they did a data grab with a promo offering free items then they magically changed "ceo's" if you are on their mailing list we are essentially their suckers list. avoid doing business with these people they are compiling a suckers list

Like many others, I wanted to take advantage of the free tshirt offer from DeGorilla. If it had materialised (which I never believed it would), I would have ordered more products from the company. All that happened was a resounding silence. No update, no apology, no t-shirt, nothing,
Then out of the blue I receive an email telling me that the company has changed hands (or something) and that the new owner will not fulfill the free t-shirt offer but wants to win back customers' trust. Way to go about doing that!
I won't be re-visiting the site and they have lost a potential customer. I'm not interested in faux apologies and unsolicited mail trying to induce me to buy from them. It is never going to happen.

The fact of the matter is that I never believed that ANY t-shirt would arrive and the fact that this company lived up to my low expectations says something.

Tried many times to contact this company and keep getting emails returned as undeliverable. Not happy with this company and will not use again in the future. Nor will I use Coco Chanel, the parent company. VERY VERY BAD customer support, it is non-existent.

Ordered free tshirt and bought a cheap bracket for few quid back in December 2017. Received nothing and now 15 Jan they have taken £35 from my visa card. Informed won a t-shirt, has not arrived. Send several emails after saying won t-shirt offering discounts on further products. This appears to be a con!
