Bought a jacket for 1700 SEK. Returned it because it was to big. Never got my money back. Scam.

Easy shopping, super reliable.

Great products, great deals, sometimes the discount codes are up to 20 or 30 percent which is great considering alot of their items are reduced anwyays, i can admit that they can be a lil bit slow answering emails, but they gave me a discount code because they took a while to anwser my email and it wasnt even anything super important, now whenever i needed to contact customer care I usually do it through their UK phone customer support, forgot the guys name but he was always super nice and had great attitude, the issue wasnt even their fault ,I have made an order and the next morning i decided i wanted to add an item to my order without paying for the delivery twice so i was told just to order it again and they will refund me for the 2nd delivery charge and send both orders together, also refunded me that 2nd delivery charge v fast, not sure why so many negative comments, tbh i have never returned any items so cant speak about that, but i bought over over €2000 on this site over few years and never had any problems with the company, even during covid lockdowns.

Website is broken and I couldn't print the return label.
No answer to emails since 1 week, meanwhile return time has expired.

The best so far, i feel most of the people here with 0 stars are bots from other sites 100%

I have recently received a North Face sports bag. The price was fine and the delivery fast.

I'm really happy I found this website where I've bought a couple of Snickers and some Nike tank top. Cool & Amazing!!

The subscription to the website was incredibly simple and safe and the same for the purchasing process.

I ordered some shirts 3 weeks ago and they still haven't been shipped. They have given me a non-working (fake) tracking number just so that Klarna's 14 days payment period starts. The payment period should start after the products have been shipped so they are breaking even Klarna's terms. I have contacted Klarna about it and fortunately Klarna has put the payment on hold.

The customer service also can't be reached either by email or by phone. The first email I sent to them was 3 weeks ago and I haven't received any replies so far.

I love Def Shop, I've never had to return anything though, kinda helps to do your research to figure out your size 🤣 To those who haven't shopped with Def, try not to be too disheartened by the over dramatic, whinging comments on here. I've become slightly addicted to this shop, I love their range and the price!!! I don't even look anywhere else now. Ok you have to wait a short while for stuff to arrive but its not the end of the world. Kinda sucks you can't use Klarna anymore but that's the only real downside. Stuff usually arrives within a week. If you want awesome clothes at an awesome price, you'll be happy to wait.

Absolutely terrible service. We bought some clothes for about €500. The clothes where all too small so we send them back as the instructions told us on the Defshop website. Its been more than a month and we still don't have our money back. They ignore our emails and the telephone lines keeps saying (every day for some weeks now) IM SORRY... ALL OUR LINES ARE CURRENTLY BUSY. And the phone hangs up. What a complete waste.

Used to be great company..ignore your e mails and messages..9 days and counting waiting on tracking e mail..ordered on 23rd of May...disappointed to saythe least
UPDATE...so called customer service e mail..said item was returned by courier...checked so called tracking on e mail they sent..yip you guessed it..not found...utter shambles of a company...1 star knocked of original review..

They are the best! High quality products, in excellent condition and low prices. Fast shipping, the only problem is if you don't live in the UK you have to order in german or translate their site with google. Minor issue in my opinion, I would totally recommend this company.

Its interesting that you come up with these excuses in the abstract as if it is nothing to do with you that your returns system is not working, presumably you tested it before you switched over, imagine if you were an airline .. oh we are really sorry we our plane crashed we have a new auto pilot system its not our fault!! any way how does a new returns system stop you from replying to emails? how does a new returns system stop you answering your phone? or maybe your just incompetent? or lazy? or arrogant? or maybe you are all three? Lucky for you i suppose that your payments system did not need changing, I see you are very good at taking peoples money !! you just don't want to give it back, we still have not had a return label or any response from you other than your reply to a review !! its probably just coincidence that you trust pilot review system still works, I stand by my original post YOU ARE RUBBISH

Since the 22nd of March I have been trying to return my order. Despite numerous e/mails and phone calls I have not received a single communication written or verbal from these people. This is very disappointing, surely these people understand that if they treat their customers this way, no one will soon buy their stuff. Everyone is experiencing delays and difficulties during these Corona times, but this is just dishonest. I am intending to send an e/mail to them every day, we will see what happens.... may be they are just thieves or completely incompetent or BOTH!!!
