Timing was perfect, items are right size. I am very happy with my delivery!!!

I didnt recived my refund when i sent back part of my order. They didn’t respond to my emails or WhatsApp contact. I strongly not recommend.

After my intervention I received the money for the returned clothes.

My return was deliver to Germany on January 22nd. I have not received a return to my credit card since then. It's been over a month and I believe you have 30 days stipulated for that on your site. I have been shopping at this store for several years. It never took that long. I sent an email two weeks ago. No reply. Whatsup, no reply. The telephone does not work, I was on the line for 30 minutes!!! 30 minutes and no one picked up! When will I get my money back? Should I turn to authorities in Germany about this? I wanted to send another return for a different order. The label was rejected at the post office. I need a correct label. Instead of sending me several marketing email a week, please answer emails customers send to you. Ticket-ID 12664
Edit 12.03.25 I received a reply from Support saying that my return is still being processed. The reason being that due to a system change, there are currently delays in processing returns. Let's see if I can my money back finally.
Edit 14.03.25 I got my money returned to my card and got a new label for another return. It was sent. I guess I might have to wait another two month for my money back. And maybe write a couple of nagging emails.

Received my order as expected but no invoice in email or on their website. I've contacted them multiple times over the last week by email but they haven't responded. I've tried calling their phone number and sending message on WhatsApp but they don't answer that either. Will have to open dispute with PayPal I guess.

I made a purchase of 6 pants, 5 days later they were delivered. To my opinion this store is very reliable. Nothing but good experiences so far. And the pants were good quality for a soft price. Thank You defshop!

Worst customer support ever. Mid October 2024 an order wasnt delivered, the customer support agent has no clue on how to handle this situation and I am still waiting for a refund

I made two purchases and returned both, but I never received a return confirmation or a refund. I only managed to get a refund for the first one by reporting it to PayPal, and the second case is still unresolved
I'm updating my review to say I got a refund only after escalating to PayPal.

To summarize: You will receive what you ordered, but if anything goes wrong and you want to return it, they won't be responsive unless forced!

Update: I managed to get a refund for both purchases by escalating to Paypal!

Goods delivered quickly. Quality seemed ok. Had clothes in the same size, different color. But one color fit, the other didn't fit at all. Not logical.
In the end, unfortunately, everything went back.
Refund not issued after 30 days. Only when I contacted them on Trustpilot the return confirmed and refunded.

I seem to have no other option but to come back here for another complaint. A day later and still no contact from DefShop. I just want my money back, how long can it take to process a refund?

The return process is really bad.
Been waiting over a month for my money back. Defshop doesn’t respond on mail, instagram or Facebook.
They received the items 08/01-2025.

Sent back a return three months ago with a pre-paid shipping label from Def-Shop. The tracking clearly states the return has been delivered. It has been three months and I still have not got my refund of 200 euro. The just keep answering they don't have time to process the return. Thus Def-Shop is not following the German law that says all the returns should be processed and refunded in 14 days. That's plain STEALING from customers!

As with everyone else on here I am waiting for my return to be processed. The DHL tracking information shows they have received my returned items on the 20th December 2024. It is now 31st January 2025 and no sign of my refund.

I have called them and emailed multiple times and they are fully aware of the issue.

Really, really poor returns policy which seemingly makes purchasing anything with them online a real risk.

UPDATE FOLLOWING BELOW MESSAGE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT

So it’s now 12th Feb and has been over a week since I emailed the address they gave me in the reply below and I have not received any update on the status of my return or refund yet. I would never trust this company again.

FINAL UPDATE - February 18th
I have now received a refund. It took 2 months and a lot of calls and emails but I got my money back in the end.

EDITED: after almost 4 weeks from delivering a return, I finally got a confirmation email about issuing a refund. So the refund policy does work but it takes much much more time than any other ecommerce out there. Be patient. Communication with customers needs improvement.

You better keep the items you buy, your refunding will take as long as it takes for you to forget that you sent it back. Malicious company.

Ordered a vest on 22 December 2023, delivery was good and fast but the size was too big so I sent the item back for return.
Package was delivered on 2 Jan 2024 but until today I still didn't get my money refunded. Its been 3 weeks since the return package was received

I ordered 3 products, out of which I wanted to return 2. It's unbelievably difficult to get in touch with anyone regarding the return. No responses to any inquiries. I definitely cannot recommend this. Terrible customer service!

Apparently, Trustpilot is the only channel they respond to, and I still haven't received any response regarding the products ordered on November 21st!?!? You have not responded to emails at trustpilot(a)def-shop.com or info(a)def-shop.com. What kind of clowning around is this???

After confirming by email that they have received the returned goods, they disappear and do not issue a refund
