Wont recommend
if you use MAC you are not going to be able to download Deepcharts. Deepcharts has a huge glitch on WEB as TP does not work because you OCO does not exist and they wont correct as i reported multiple times , they aware of the glitch but would not do anything about it... They send me to deal with a company that located in Italy, Volumetrica. but when I contacted them they said they have nothing to do with international accounts.

Regarding macOS compatibility, the native desktop version currently has specific system requirements, which is why some users choose to operate through the web version instead.
Concerning the TP/OCO behavior you mentioned, issues related to order management are treated with high priority, especially in trading environments. If a specific scenario has been reproduced and documented, it is reviewed internally by the development team.
As for the communication with Volumetrica, there may have been confusion between regional entities and account management structures, which can differ depending on how the account was created or managed.
In any case, we appreciate detailed feedback because it helps improve both the platform and the support experience.

Incredible Customer Service!!
I just started using Deepcharts. The amount of customization is incredible but also a bit daunting from the start. I got incredible assistance from customer service. The CS technician worked with me to create the exact template that I wanted. He asked great questions, created the chart and then showed me how to open it, close it and modify it. Incredible customer service. I've never seen anything like it in this industry. I'm incredibly satisfied and want you to know how much they'll help you! Just ask!!

I can't thank the Deepcharts team with Rodolfo, Marco Andrea and Fabio enough and last but not least Antonio who is just a genius by creating such an intuitive, beautiful and amazing software and platform. I'm really grateful I came across them cause they've been a blessing to me! This is what really professional trading is and so far I haven't seen or encounter any other platform or team that delivers such valuable information to a space so hurt by fake gurus and people who doesn't even have an idea on what trading really is and what really moves price. They give weekly sessions that have an amazing value, and show a high standard of professionalism; their support is amazing and ready to help whenever you need them. I've been in the trading space since 2020 and trust me until I started learning from them is when I really took the red pill and started seeing the market by its true nature. You're basically learning from the BEST scalper and trader in the world ( Fabio) and the other team members who are really professional traders. There's no better place to learn about trading than here and the amount we pay for the software of Deepcharts is ridiculously a Bargain to what they deliver! They trade live with you on Live markets and walk you through their mental processing of information which is what one needs in order to start seeing the market by how it really is. Sooner or later you'll need a mentor and they are just amazing at doing so. I've always been skeptical about the people that I learn from and when I came across the first video I saw from them ("trading with the best scalper in the world") I was like: "Wow, I didn't even know there were trading competitions" which gave me an amazing confidence since that's kind of like a way of knowing that you learn from traders that really live out by having official results of trading and not out of fake promises. I mean Fabio for example has over 2k trades performed during the world trading cup which is a crazy amount of trades to take as an "out of sample" analyze and improve. They will save you years and years of fake promises but remember they give all this invaluable knowledge but only we are the ones who need to have the discipline, to put in the work and to bleed in order to be succesfull. Thank you Deepcharts, you have a client for life!!!
