Driver's name was Johnny and was very rude to my grandparents. Did not turn the ac on for a 2 hour drive in the middle of the summer afternoon. Was very disrespectful to elders. Highly recommend staying away from this service.

The service is pathetic. I had booked a cab for midnight, the booking was confirmed but no cab arrived at the time. Tried contacting the customer care, but the person was very rude. Worst service in night, day time still better

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely horrible service.

I had booked an airport taxi. They sent me the driver details on time but when the pick up time neared, there is no sign of the driver. He had switched off his phone with no response. When I tried reaching the call center, no answer from their side. I hope this company shuts down soon so that it doesn't make any more trouble to the customers.

Disgusting service, Please never book a taxi with it. No support if driver is late, car is not cleaned, car got engine problem on the way, even no proper invoice. keep on calling on, no one bothers..

Pls do not book any cab from Deepam cabs and they will cancel your booking at any time as their wish.

Even driver also cancelling their wish, I had 2 time very worst experience with them.

Worst cab service..Very rude drivers ..No one picks call in call centre..The driver keeps u waiting for 30 mins and when u raise the issue with customer care there is nothing they can do.. Pathetic and highly unsafe..I wish there was negative star then I would have given that...""SAVE URSELF DONT HiRE CAB HERE"

This is worst thing which I have seen in my life time.

Using this taxi service from last 4 years they are giving good service, except the cars were not in a food condition not comfortable for travel.

Excellent car rental service given by Deepam taxi. We really enjoyed the journey with Deepam taxi.They offer good price and also available when required.

I booked a cab to Bangalore airport drop and paid online. Cab was supposed to pick me at 5pm.
When I called them at 4:30pm, I was told that no cabs available and the trip will be cancelled.

It's been 15 days, but haven't got the refund yet.

Please avoid Deepam Cabs!!!

I Booked a taxi from airport two days prior on website called uTaxi which internally was booked for this Deepam Taxi. All they share at the time of booking is an SMS with customer care number.

I've called multiple times on this customer care number for long 20 minutes. There was a recorded message "Line is busy, please wait". Ultimately, there was another customer care number, which on fourth attempt they picked and said, the cab is not available and we have to cancel it.

Such level of unprofessionalism and poorest customer service I've ever seen.

PS: Just go for Meru or Mega cabs instead of saving on some money to these bunch of losers.

deepam cab is also one of the best cab services. I got the cab from kodigehalli which is very remote area in bangalore that too midnight at 2.30 to the Airport. Their customer care service is Awesome which i never experienced such responsiveness. They have called me and woke me up asking are you ready to take the cab? Thx alot deepam cab customer care.

Excellent service,well groomed driver was with us.He know the routes really well which he saved the time from long routes. It was a comfortable ride with Deepam Taxi.

Most affordable cab service in Bangalore for local, airport and outstations.

I was getting cheap offer in Deepam cabs they gave me the driver name and car number the day before. We were collected from our Bangalore hotel, driven carefully to Mysore Palace for sightseeing and then (as per our request) taken to some great government affiliated souvenir shops for purchasing Indian silk and saris. The trip went smooth and there were no hidden charges 100% recommend, and thank you!

Worst cab service ever. Never recommend this to anyone. Booked a cab to airport. 15 min before my pick up they cancelled the cab. According the message I’m supposed to get a refund within 3 working days as I had already paid for the ride. It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve been following up on the refund, I still haven’t received it.

Most affordable airport Drop and pickup taxi in Bangalore. The outstation cab booking rates are also very cheap as compared to other companies.
