Terrible delivery

Terrible delivery. I paid extras for 24hr a delivery. 3 day after I didn't get the items. You can't tell me it's Chronopost fault. Address is clearly shown on your website. You should not use a delivery company that is not efficient.

Good Items, Poor Customer Service

I've ordered more than once from DecoCuir, and had no issues with shipping, and they have a good stock of items. However - their customer service is VERY slow. I emailed them about an issue with an order that I wanted resolved before the order shipped, however I didn't get a response, the order shipped, and I still have't gotten a response over a week later... I'd be hesitant to order again.
