TLDR: Stay away from this seller!

Two situations that should never happen:
- the website hosts a customer support number, bragging about supporting many languages beyond French, but as I asked "Can we speak english?" the response was a straight "No" and they dropped the call.

- they warn that the package should be opened in front of the delivery guy, to be inspected and rejected in case of damage, explicitly saying that "Apparently intact packaging may hide damage.". They explain very clearly that if this is not done, they will not refund a single euro for any damage. This message is sent by email and also printed on the package. The catch? This is against the policy of the courier they use (GLS). So you are ordering at your risk, no refund can happen in any case. This is a scammy tactic and likely against many EU directives.

Lucky me the product itself was fine in my case, but man what a poor customer experience.

TLDR: Stay away from this seller!

I ordered a hand-crafted manufact in red colour as the mascot for a business event in my company. Being an online order I have paid everything in advance.
The order form stated that crafting time was 2 to 6 weeks. I asked if they could do it as quick as possible, being available to pay more or purchase more pieces: no way to control this.
After 7 weeks, after 2 unanswered mails, I called them again and they stated they had received it in green rather than in red colour. They said that either I accepted it green (impossible as it's not a corporate colour of ours as I told them) or I had to wait again from scratches.
I keep calling them and writing to them but they do not answer.
I've had huge troubles explaining my management what has happened, as they have never left me a written statement for their delay and I had to postpone our event to an unknow future date because of them.
I'm desperate and for sure will never ever use this supplier again!
