They provided and fitted our composite decking which initially looked ok. During the recent storm Dara the decking moved a good 3 inches from the front of the Lodge as it was not fixed properly. Having tried every excuse not to fix it they eventually did. We also had to report the fading of the decking after just 2yrs. It has gone from Antrathite to blue!! It looks like itsbeen down for 10yrs. Initially Matthew agreed it wasnt right and they would take a sample wuth a view to replacing it. Needless to say this didnt happen. Having spouted a load of BS to get out of his responsibities we consulted a solicitor who agreed he was in breach of the warranty and we could sue. We started proceedings but we had to stop due to other more urgent matters. In my opinion Matthew is a person of no honour who dies anything to wriggle out of any responsibility and we would definately not use Deckrite or recommend them.

We needed a balcony and steps from our raised patio door into our back garden and decided on having uPVC instead of just timber.
Matthew called in to inspect the job for a quote, he was very helpful and clearly explained our options and lead times for installation.
On the day of installation Deiniol the fitter arrived on time and worked non stop for 7hrs until the job was complete.
I was very impressed by Matthew and Deiniol and we are very pleased with the high standard of workmanship.
Based on this experience I am happy to give 5 stars and would recommend Deckrite to anyone looking to have uPVC decking etc.

I’ve obviously had to give 1 star to be able to review this company. My experience with Deckrite leads me to believe that the owner is a TIME WASTER. He will give you the runaround. He will fob you off with lame excuses. He will waste your time!!! Steer clear of Deckrite!!!
