Shame on you Decathlon!!!
I would usually always give Decathlon a high score. However after purchasing a pair of Salmon waterproof walking shoes which after about a month started making a flip flop sound on one shoe I tried to return them to be told I had worn them too much. I wear them daily to walk my dogs but after 6 weeks how can I have worn them too much. I can understand if it was 6 months but 6 weeks!
The soles aren’t even worn. Absolute disgrace!!

The worst store in the world
The worst store in the world. Zero customer service, zero updates. I placed an order for collection at Tesco, and when I arrived, Tesco staff told me that a van would come and that I had to collect my order from the van outside the store. Nobody ever informed me about this. Absolutely terrible service. I will never order from this store again.

Recent visit to Southampton
Recent visit to Southampton . Went to tills to pay but needed tag removed, till was flashing help sign but one person on click and collect bay with queue.
Increased frustration as no one coming to help, after a few mins! The security guard by main doors took pity and kindly helped and removed tag.
Why is “Help needed” on till not flagged up audibly and to a wider part of Staff.

Customer service non existent
Store was a real mess in and out. Looking for a tent. Display models filthy and full of dirty leaves. Hardly any stock in store. Bought tent. Was a problem with it as missing a part. Impossible to get any customer service. Forced to use a whats app chat but no one answered for days. Eventually had to drive the 80 mile trip to the store.
I will not buy again from a place with this lack of customer service.
Be wary particularly if buying anything expensive.
