Order placed approximately two months ago. Although the product is indicated as delivered, it never arrived at my address. Every day I am trying to receive a solution, and after almost 40 emails (I'm not exaggerating), their solution is “Please wait, we are checking”... NEVER BUY HERE

Ordered trousers from Decarba online, after many weeks of no delivery, numerous emails that are full of waffle they send a picture so blurry you cannot make out the address, but you can see it is of house that is nothing like mine. So no item and no refund as they shift the blame onto Royal Mail, as they give you a tracking number that isn't recognised. A complete sham and con, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !

I would love to give them less than one star. DO NOT order from the site. If there's anything wrong with the clothing and you want to return it you have to pay a very hefty fee to ship it back to China.

The quality is poor, it's very expensive for what it is and you can't do returns unless you want to pay at least £20.

Furthermore they didn't offer any solution or apology. I'm so disappointed they shouldn't be allowed to be a company.

Ordered a T-shirt on 10 December with free delivery. There was no indication this was coming from China and so I assumed it would arrive before Christmas. It was completely faulty and to get my money back I would have to send it back to them at a cost which was nearly the value of the T-shirt. Making money in a dis-honest way. Awful.

In common with the other 1 star reviews. They are a Chinese outfit presenting as European. My item took ages to arrives (so missed Christmas). Prices are not cheap and if you want to return you have to post back to China at your own expense. I am sick of this cynical insidious business model and sad I bought from them. More and more I will be be sticking to buying from well known UK retailers who operate with transparency and integrity.

Terrible company do not trust them. UK registered but based in China so item's are delayed and my refund was not given to me as apparently a tracking code is absolutely necessary (it isn't) but I was not informed about this.

This company is just claiming to be a UK company but sources from China. A £64 Jacket arrived after 10 days and is low quality (I was expecting a couple of days) so missed Christmas. The return cost, hassle and time is not worth doing. We have to fill in forms and return with tracking at high cost with no real confidence the that the refund will actually happen. Don't buy from this company.

It's cheap dropshipping from China. The quality is so bad that we tried sending back a jacket. The return fee was 45€ for a 70€ jacket and because the instructions by Decarba were intentionally bad the jacket is now stuck in customs and will be destroyed. Thank you for burning 115€ and harming the environment by 2 shipments to China. I have no clue how such companies are allowed and hope people realize their horrible business practices before buying anything.

Ordered December 14. Took the money and They refuse to ship the order. Over 3 weeks And the order is still processing. Multiple emails with generic responses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give 0 stars I would

Dreadful con artists, ordered small fleece for my 18year old grandson, it was far too small, it cost me £23 to return it to China. When I chased up my return refund was told that as I didn't do track and trace they were unable to refund me even though I'd sent photo of proof of postage to them, eventually they agreed to refund 26£ . The fleece cost me £59 +£23 return postage, so at the end of the day they've kept over£47 of my refund, I could have bought identical on temu for £29 with free returns, the quality is dreadful

I ordered a top from this company on the 27th November emailed the on the 5th Decembe to ask where my item was and they replied same day to say that there was a delay in processing the order and it would be another 12 - 15 days, I then replied immediately to ask if I could change the size to M from S and they replied same day to say that it was to late even thought they said the order was being processed and they would let me know when it was being sent. They said that I could return the t shirt when I received it. I contacted them to ask for return details and they sent me a form with return address shown as China. Emailed them today to say that on the package the return address shows Uxbridge. I feel that they are untrustworthy company they deliberately said it was too late to change the order knowing that I would not return the item once I knew I had to ship it to China. Read other reviews on here and if I pay for postage it is highly unlikely I will get a refund on the item. They deceive people in thinking that you are buying from a UK based company. I would not every buy from this company again.

Ordered from this company and just a complete fake website and company wish I had never brought from here and refusing to supply any shipping details. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I ordered my fleece and jacket. It took them 4 weeks to deliver (while the website says 9 days) and when it finally arrived i put on the hoody and it felt super cheap, I tore the hoody pocket immediately while putting my hands in them. It is dropshipping DONT ORDER THERE. All the good reviews are fake as f.

A scam company that is a front for a China based drop shipping business. No item received and they’re refusing to refund me.

Have reporting to Trading Standards and Action Fraud. Would recommend doing the same if you’ve had a similar experience.

Scam clothes are not good quality and sizes are not right

Shame there isn’t a zero rating! AVOID this company.
They are selling items you can purchase on Temu but for more money.
Sizing is all out, the Large fleece we purchased is more like a small - absolute scammers.
Based in China and you have to pay custom fees as well as return postage if you want a refund which no doubt they don’t even refund you.
Don’t fall into the trap we did.

Set was poor quality and didn't fit. Had to pay 15 euro to send it to China. Didn't arrive and i got it back. They won't refund me. Very bad dropshipping conpany

DO NOT BUY HERE, sweater purchased size M but falls way too small even though the label says size M. Quality is ok but not good. Website says it is from UK but if you want to return it is to china at your own cost. SCAMMERS

I wish I’d checked here first. Looks like a British site but it’s in China. When I checked out I got charged £4.95 for “insurance” without asking for it. I tried to cancel immediately but they ignored me until it was too late. I now have the crappy small sized fleece that would fit LeBron James. Now I have to return at my own expense. I’m in touch with my bank to see what they can do. Essentially a scam site. Avoid.
