Usual great service. Good price, I always buy Pedro Ximinez sherry. Packaged really well, all bottles kept separate and the cardboard is copper stapled on the top for security.

I have ordered several times from Decantelo the service is very good and delivered quuickly for Belgium but I think delivery should be normaly free because they have become so much more expensive like the cava (the same bottle as decantelo ) in our supermarket has the same price.

Did not get the bottles I ordered. Instead of €400+ of wines I got approximately €40 of wines. Have tried getting in touch several times - but have not received any confirmation regarding solution after one week. Very difficult to get response from

Many thanks for the bottles of wine you sent. just for your information: In the delivery, 4 glasses were broken, but 2 were whole. So I have received a total of 7 whole glasses and only ordered 6.
