These boys are good

These boys are good. They answer the phone (4 stars already) and Nicola was just perfect. Communication wonderful. She could only help to a level but at least she said so. Hope i dont need to talk to them again but excellent anyway. Thanks

Efficient and honest

Spoke with Mike Gibson, who resolved the matter immediately. Far quicker than the agency that referred the debt whilst still under going dispute.

My experience became positive once I…

My experience became positive once I was finally able to speak with Ajay, who listened carefully and took the time to understand my situation. The representative was patient, professional, and supportive throughout the conversation, which helped to reduce the stress I had been experiencing regarding the parking charge issue.
What the company did well was providing a staff member like Ajay who showed empathy, communicated clearly and genuinely worked towards resolving the matter rather than dismissing my concern. I especially appreciated the willingness, which made a significant difference to my overall experience.

Rachael was amazing and very easy to…

Rachael was amazing and very easy to work with. She was fast, efficient, and always kept things moving, unlike others in the firm where you often have to keep chasing for updates.

If they could employ more people like Rachael, I would definitely recommend it, as her professionalism and responsiveness made the whole process much smoother.

They do care

I was expecting a cold unfeeling person to take my call but instead I found myself talking to an amazingly kind, caring and, most importantly, a compassionate lady who listened, took what I was saying on board and treated me with dignity, never once talked down to me. The lady’s name was KirenKaur

Great experience

I had a phone call with the debt recovery to cancel a charge, and I was very impressed. They were polite, listened carefully, and handled everything quickly and professionally. The process was smooth, and I felt respected throughout the call. I’m grateful for their understanding and clear communication.

parking fine from this company was…illegal

parking fine from this company was illeagle , i parked outside the area of the filling statin in question , leaving motorists to come and go , the filling station said that theyget complaints about this company all the time ,they sent a second letter saying "legal action can be taken against you" aa very threatining letter, with photos of my car entering the area ,the a black photo of me leaving the area, it does not show my car,my soilictor will be advised of the workings of this company!!!

Mike Gibson was excellent in dealing with a truly stressed-out potential debtor. Apcoa were hassling me even after the parking ticket had been cancelled - so when I go on to Mike I was very stressed. He was very helpful and sent me confirmation that my accout was zero immediately.

Unaware of car park ticket.

Contacted these guys to find out about a parking ticket. I was not aware of I'd been getting txs about. Due to no ticket being left on the vehicle. And going through a breakup not being allowed into the property that I was registered at. Having bankruptcy etc due to previous partners debt. Horrible situation. Spoke to Karan who was polite and empathetic to my situation. And has now fully resolved it. Karan has been very helpful and taken alot of stress out of my situation. I really appreciate it. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you kindly.

I spoke to Rachael Ward at Debt…

I spoke to Rachael Ward at Debt Recovery Plus about the debt recovery letter i had received. This related to a parking fine from UK Car Park Management (CPM) that i was twice assured by CPM had been cancelled, instead they passed the fine to Debt Recovery Plus. Rachael has been brilliant, she was very polite, professional and helpful, really not what i was expecting when calling a debt recovery company. Rachael was able to speak with CPM after i provided evidence that i was told the original fine had been cancelled. My case with Debt Recovery Plus has now been closed. Five stars for Rachael, zero stars for CPM. Thank you again Rachael for your help.

A message for Amanda at DRP. 5* experience from Amanda . Thank you so much

I spoke to a lovely lady called Amanda and she was so very kind very professional and listened to me and my problems and went above and beyond to sort my payments out to what I can afford at this moment in time. Really happy and would recommend DRP and especially Amanda to anyone struggling and needing help,understanding and kindness . Truly grateful for Amanda's time and thoughtfulness with me today.
