BEWARE
Just received an email from deal.4u saying I need to fulfill my order. I haven’t ordered anything. Upon searching I found these posts saying the company had gone into liquidation. Just a warning for anyone else that emails are being used with this company’s details.

This Company has gone into liquidation, DO NOT purchase anything from them.
I was lucky, I paid using my Credit Card and got a full refund for the goods I ordered that never turned up.

I ordered a dishwasher and warming draw months ago. I received an email shortly after ordering saying will be delivered within 10-12 days......I am still waiting!!!!!
I emailed numerous times and rang the contact number but nothing 😠
Luckily I paid through PayPal tried to contact them.
Then by magic......deals 4u wrote to me to confirm they have went into administration.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. If I hadn't have paid through PayPal I would have lost nearly £900.

Ordered a cooker hood in August and they promised deliver it before August 30. Item never arrived and no calls were answered. Filed Paypal dispute and got a refund of all the monies I paid. Paypal is amazing in resolving disputes and refunding money.

This Company went into Voluntary Liquidation recently and has left a trail of unfulfilled orders. The only hope is to go back to your bank or to PayPal to try to get a refund from them.
As this Company was clearly taking online orders up until the end with no hope of delivering the goods ordered, I would hope that the Fraud Squad in Northern Ireland are looking into their activities.
The Liquidator is HNH, Jefferson House, 42 Queen Street, Belfast BT1 6HL, but I think their will be few assets to derive monies from once the Liquidator's fees are paid.

I’ve ordered a fridge 5 weeks ago and they told me it would take from 2-3 weeks. After this period they just stop answering any email and even though I’ve called everyday this last 2 weeks they never answered the phones.
Apparently there’s other people with the same issues.
Unbelievable is the fact that the website is still on and they’re taking people’s money!!!
I’ve already complained to PayPal and the trading association and hopefully will be refunded.
Don’t buy from them and spread the word.

Ordered an Electric Oven on 17th August (£468.00). Received the usual automated reply stating delivery 10-12 days, phoned them on 5th Sept and was advised delivery week commencing 10th Sept. No delivery tried phoning no joy. Sent 4 emails and phoned on several occasions, no response. Have had to go to my bank now to try and reclaim money but unfortunately paid by debit card, fingers crossed. Wish I`d gone to AO.
DON`T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

We ordered a dishwasher online, order 100067453 21 August for £424. Automated confirmation invoices received quoted lead time of 10-12 working days and a promise of contact during that time for delivery.

On day 13 I tried phoning as no contact by email,post or phone had been received. Their phone was always engaged or not answered. Ringing tone glitch sounded like calls being diverted to another number? After 50 attempts to phone them I got one call answered with a promise of delivery to my home Friday or Monday in 3 days time. There was no delivery as promised and no replies to my emails.

I Sent a recorded delivery letter formally cancelling my order as they had not met their own promises or terms in their sales contract. An order cancellation notice was sent to their address at 7 Market Lane, Lisburn NI, which is the same address they register at Companies House for their company secretary.

Royal Mail could not deliver. Their note on recorded delivery tracking said 'nobody there'. Fortunately, I had paid via Paypal and opened a case dispute 'Item not received'. They did not reply to Paypal requests to argue my claim either and eventually my PayPal claim was agreed on 22 September with a refund now taking up to a further 5 days to reach me. During this time we have been without a dishwasher waiting for our case to be agreed and I have a very frustrated wife. We didn't want to re-order somewhere else and end up with two dishwashers.

Deals4U is a company that must be avoided at all costs and reported to Trading Standards for advertising products against their own terms and distant selling regulations, which they do not meet. I shall take this further because somebody from trading Standards NI needs to knock on their door, find Deals4U actively trading from their registered business address (?) and confirm its legitimacy.

If you want a stress free shopping experience, carefully consider buying from this online web trader. Try emailing and phoning them a few times to see how well they respond! Good luck.

This company never replied to numerous emails and never answered the phone. I had paid via Amazon Pay so I contacted them and they refunded my money within a few days. DO NOT BUY FROM Deals4u.

Ordered a hostess trolley from them on the 10th September and received a email confirming my order straight away. It was 5to 7days delivery but have heard nothing from them since. I have called about twenty times but the phone never gets answered. I paid via PayPal so hopefully can get my money back. Wished I had read the reviews before I ordered.why are they being allowed to still take orders and people’s money if they are not trading. They need to be stopped.

Brought a induction hob 4 weeks ago for £700 still waiting told me it will be 10-12 days, rang back after the days were up still no answer. These people should be hang out to dry.

We ordered a NEFF hob on August 8th, delivery due 10-12 days later. This was delayed, so much that we had to order elsewhere to avoid delaying the install team. Deals 4U were great on the phone and offered a full refund which we accepted (26th August). Since then, no communication; no confirmation of refund, no response to emails, not picking up the phone, no refund made, no hob delivered. Just £699 out of pocket. Now pursuing a claim via my bank.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Why is this web site still up, ordered Neff hob like all the other comments on 4th sept still no response, PayPal hopefully will refund but it's been a nightmare,

Seems I'm in the same boat as everyone else £700 down and no product. Assume this should be classed as fraud and police should be involved

Ordered two ovens and and induction hob at the start of July, initially received great customer service, staff were very helpful and explained the delay in delivery. Now two months on they have stopped answering and my calls and won’t respond to email. DO NOT ORDER!

They took my money 5 weeks ago and have not replied to emails or answered calls.
Con artists and scam merchants.Kitchen installation put back by a week nd had to urgently get another hob.

Ordered a microwave on 13th August and rec'd an email stating that it would be delivered in 10-12 days. It did not arrive and they have not replied to any emails or answering calls. Fortunately I've been refunded by my Credit Card company but would advise people not to deal with this company!

They took my money for the item ordered in August, still not delivered, no answer phone. I was there yesterday and was closed (2pm)
I've asked in shop next door and they told me that it is ready closed for about week. I believe that they took all money from customers and gone :(

Sadly we didn’t see the other reviews prior to ordering a £600 cooker extractor. The money was taken promptly and a confirmation email received. Since then no product has arrived, no tracking or delivery estimate received. Checked on site it says order is complete. Tried ringing over the course of numerous days and sent 3 emails. No answers or communication at all!! Looks like another PayPal claim!

I believe deals4u.co.uk may have gone under! I purchased 2 Neff Ovens valued at £1450 on the 2nd of August and received an email saying the lead time would be 10-12 days. This is the last I heard from them. Over the last 2 weeks I have phoned them about 40 times, the phone rings and rings and is never answered, also I have sent them 3 emails asking for an update then a refund and these have not been answered. I am now in the process of attempting to obtain a refund from my credit card company. Amazingly the deals4u.co.uk website looks like it is still active, if this is the case and they are still taking money from people it is a disgrace!! My advice is not to buy anything from this company. Look at any trusted review website for reviews for the last few weeks and everyone is saying the same. Avoid this company at all costs!
