I am not an unfair person in judging…

I am not an unfair person in judging from others opinion so i went ahead and ordered a smartphone everything seemed good so far till after paying for the product they sent a msg telling me i have to pay 10 Dollars more for shipping after everything was paid for after checkout i sent back a msg saying i am not paying a cent more for it why didn't you ask for it at the beginning! after that i see my item saying it has shipped fully i left them a msg tellling them if my item say shiped and you do not ship it on time for me i will write them up on trustpilot they sent a msg back saying that the order has been cancel and i will have to choose a method of receiving my funds! this company don't really have a proper complaint page all the msgs goes to the seller in that way they have all rights to respond or ignore which i believe they do! they company takes no responsibility for sellers action and therefore this company is not safe to purchase from! shipped does not mean the item has shipped with this strange behavior for a well known company! be careful its coming from someone who does not take ppl word for it....maybe if i did this research before i would not have been in this position now.

Stay away
Have used DX for several years, but since beginning of 2020 they have been most of a scam. It seems that they have outsourced most of the delivery to small “one man band” companies and they do not care about service. I ordered an alarm for my car and they sent me an other product that was missing many parts and was dead on arrival. After more than a month of dead silence from customer service I get pissed off and file a dispute through PayPal and DX did not bother to answer PayPal either, so I got my money back from PayPal. Take your money elsewhere, DX is not DX anymore.

BE AWARE from buying there, as you may not get what you have paid for!

I used to buy from DX long ago.
Items were okay with a decent price tag, and I expected long delivery. It was fair.
Since December 2019, DX went into the dark.
No deliveries, or only partial deliveries, but the most important thing, is NO RESPONSE from their customer care!
This is UNACCEPTABLE and after a few bad experience, I have decided to move out from buying there.
10 years of customer satisfaction were lost as of 6 months of bad customer service.
BE AWARE from buying there, as you may not get what you have paid for!

I wouldent even give them a star rating but I had to so can Wright this.
They never replied to any of my questions as it was way over due to arrive, had to ask for a refund through PayPal resolution centre, the item was delivered near the final stage of my refund business's like this are probably a drop ship operation and should be avoided at all cost.
Do not buy from this company.

Awful experience - Do not use

The item took so much longer to arrive than stated and queries to their customer service go mostly ignored. The responses I did get were to request more time to respond properly, but this never happened. Opened a PayPal case when I was at 8 weeks and still waiting for the item. Deal Extreme asked me close the case before they would respond to me.

The case was still pending when the item eventually arrived (at 10 weeks), but turned out to be completely wrong. Zero response from Deal Extreme about this and PayPal issued a refund.

Do not use - if you actually get what you ask for you're lucky. This is one of the poorest buying experiences I've had - I was just thankful that it was a relatively low value item and that I used PayPal.

Not the best, but ships to LatAm in times of covid.

Not the best, not the cheapest (for the lowest prices go to that other famous site whose name begins with an A), not the fastest, but I always got what I paid for.

What I find disturbing is the amount if one-star reviews that don't pass the truth test. One says her credit card was charged thousands of dollars after that single purchase.

M'am, DX uses PAYPAL as payment gateway. Dx does not see your credit card data. And in the case they bill you but do not ship anything, you get paypal's purchase protection, the seller never sees your funds if you go through a PayPal complaint.

Like I said, I always got what I bought, including the smartphone I'm typing this on. So there...

Orderd gaming laptop for my son

Orderd gaming laptop for my son. The laptop instructions and upon turning on laptop every thing was in foreign language. Laptop became glitchy 6 months after I received it. We shut it down and it never came back on. PayPal stated they could do nothing because of the length of time we'd had it. Emailed dealextreme repeatedly never heard back. Tool laptop to a shop in town and was informed it needed a new motherboard. Very unhappy, also on my account there were more than 3o items equaling up to thousands of dollars and the purchases were all pending payment. I had to caxel my credit cards and my PayPal to stop identity fraud.

Stay away from Dealextreme

If i could give a 0 star rating i would. I have been waiting 4 months for my item. Seller does not respond to messages, emails sent to them bounce. Avoid this company like the plague, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!

So a couple of things

So a couple of things.
- There's some days the site will let you login, and then there's the majority of the time where no matter what, you keep getting a verification error.

- I ordered exactly a month ago a drawing tablet that had not come. Only four days ago did they finally respond with an automatic message saying they can't reply to emails right now.

- Customer service is awful, literally I think we all agree.

I don't really think this is us being entitled right now. We are kinda being mistreated. I'm pretty sure im not the only one who thought I got scammed, right? The longest 'wait' time for delivery on the site was 11-22 business days. I mean it's been an entire month, way passed that now...

Makes me wonder if we really wanted to, if we could push legal actions for lack of communication.

Doesn't deserve even the 1…

Doesn't deserve even the 1 star.....bought an item which appeared all bona fide, said delivery was 7-18 days. 31 days later still no receipt, but looking at other comments, this seems the norm. Seller said that item was posted via Air Miles without any tracking reference. The email for DX keeps bouncing back and you can only message through your account but all they say is to be patient and assure me it will arrive. I have now cancelled my order as need item asap and will wait to see if I get a refund. Judging by their practices I doubt it. If you value your sanity and dignity, DON'T use this company. Worth paying bit more for something reputable and honorable.

Disgusted by this company.
I placed an order nearly four months ago and have never recieved it. I was originally told the item was shipped after just one week, but when I contested this after the third week of waiting I was told that in actual fact the item hasn't been shipped and isn't even in stock. I was given no option of a refund, but was told to wait until they have the stock and then they will send it. Up to date my emails have been ignored and every attempt to contact them fails.
Please do not buy from this company

I would have selected zero stars...

I would have selected zero stars if that was an option. As of the date of this review, it's been 99 days since the processed payment. Various messages sent with one response of "just give it time". Well, times up. Now it's time to let everybody know...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DEALEXTREME.

nonexistent customer service.

After 2 month i got a partial delivery. No response of the company after my complaints. Mails to customerATdx.com are not delivered.

Had several deliveries in the past years, but since a couple month the customer service is nonexistent.

This company used to be GREAT

This company used to be GREAT. Low prices, though long delivery times. That made it work. But recently, you place an order, they take your money, tell you it has shipped, and ... nothing. Nothing ever arrives. You try to contact them at the support e-mail address they give, and it bounces. They've got your bucks, and they don't want to hear from you. I'm all done with them.

If I can give no star

If I can give no star, I would. I order a webcam in March. Received a shipment notification in a week, but it was only the creation of shipment notice, not the physical shipping of the product. The product wasn't actually shipped until mid-April. But it was wondering about the city in China and then disappeared. No more update on the shipment since mid-April. It has been 3 months since I placed and paid the order. I disputed and requested a refund. Again, I got nothing as the customer service is terrible. I wonder if any of them understand English. Don't buy from this seller PERIOD.

We need to make sure this website is shut down. They don't answer customers after the order is not delivered. If someone knows where we can report this site that is basically scaming people ,please do tell. I ordered and they don't answer anymore.
